Jimmy John’s

Giving it a 3 bc I still like the food. I ordered delivery yesterday, but never received my food. I placed the order at 1157 & at 1235 I called to see where it was or what happened. They apologized & credited my card since I had been charged. And they said if I received it that would be great bc it would be on them. But since I never did receive it I’m curious as to where my food went or what happened to it. I frequent there a lot since it is only a block away from my work.

When they’re made right, and when the bread is fresh — JJ’s subs are great. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. Also, often the bread is not fresh — especially if you get subs late in the day. A word of advice: turn off the blaring music, and write the order down — since apparently order information is lost during transfer. It is after all a whole two feet from the cash register to sub making area. Also, please sacrifice a few older loaves of bread so that all sandwiches are made with fresh bread. And it would be nice to be offered a bag, rather than just throwing the subs on the counter top. The rapid turnover is nice, I’m as impatient as the next guy, but I’d rather spend an extra few minutes and get the order right.

I bought jimmy johns sandwiches in Florida and they were excellent. Plenty of meat and cheese. We live in loves park and tried to order and they informed us are address was not on the grid. We live right off of Windsor rd. Can’t get any service. What’s the problem.

Slow service, not friendly at all and I’ve been 3 times the past 2 weeks and it’s always the same. Simple order of one sand which and they couldn’t get it right. I love jimmy johns but this location sucks. Need to look for outgoing and friendly employees that want to be there. Subways a better experience then this location! If you love jimmy johns try a different location.

I went to the New Love’s Park, IL Jimmy Johns, the service was fast the guys were friendly. The meat on the beef sandwich was very good what there was of it. The bread was good. The potato chips very good. BUT WOW WHERE IS THE BEEF??? For the price they charge $ 17.00 dollars for two sandwiches, you end up with an all bread and lettuce sandwich. Really need to up you game if you want any body to come back twice, I wouldn’t even mind paying the price for a sandwich if it had more meat on and maybe some cheese too hugh. For crying out loud stop cheating the customer it does NOT PAY, at least not twice. Disappointed really wanted a good sub place since Quizno’s crapped out on us. Boo Jimmy John’s Boo on you… p. s. your chairs for dining in hard as a rock.

This was a terrible experience. There were no customers and three employees that were unfriendly and barely spoke to us. The subs were dry with all the dressing on one end. We called there when we got home and the man offered a free sub, which we didn’t want since we are never going back, but didn’t apologize at all for the bad food and service.

Quality of food same as other Jimmy John’s but service is not as great as other Jimmy Johns

Worst jimmy johns I’ve ever experienced. I’ve placed a delivery order a dozen times and they can’t make a sandwich correctly to save their life. I’ve had my sandwich wrong twice before getting the right one on a delivery. Being someone who has worked for the company as an employee and manager this place is truly an embarrassment. Don’t even bother with this one.

This sandwich place is affordable, fast and delicious.
I get the veggie, no mayo with hot peppers. Hits the spot every time & in record time!
One time my boyfriend and I ordered sandwiches for delivery. They were seriously at our door in about 7 minutes.

Fast food sub shops. There are plenty out there, but when it comes to chains, I think Jimmy John’s is one of the best. They also weren’t kidding when they say they’re fast! My wife and I were returning to work after lunch, we only had a couple of minutes so we swung into here knowing they are pretty fast, and just around the corner for work. My wife ordered a JJ BLT and I had the Hunter’s Club. Before I was done paying I had both sandwiches in my hand. They really are that fast.
I will say that unlike some other sandwich places, there isn’t much room for customizing the sandwich. You can a little, but not a whole lot. Then again, about the only thing I change on their sandwiches are «no tomatoes». Not a huge fan of them on my sandwich.
If you are in a hurry, want a good sandwich and don’t want to spend a lot of money, you really can’t go wrong with Jimmy Johns.
