Ok, this place is amazing! You must go! Absolutely fantastic omelette that I dare you to be able to finish. Love the delish home fries that it comes with, too. The waitstaff came over immediately every time I drained my coffee to refill. Love this place and will by back when I’m in town.

Loved this place! Awesome choice of breakfast cocktails and meals! Started my day off with rumchata in my coffee and the arlington plate. So gooood! It gets really busy in here so best to come early.

By far the BEST breakfast in Rockford! Everything is so fresh, the service was excellent and food was amazing! Huge portion sizes, fresh squeezed Florida orange juice(yes, they have the funny orange squeezing machine and you can watch), and various waiters always asking if they can bring you a refill or if any needs. Couldn’t ask for a better dining experience. Recommend getting in EARLY for breakfast because this place is PACKED!!!

Friendly staff! Brightly lit, new looking, clean interior. Garden omelette was huge and delicious. I could have split it with a second person. Home-fries were simple but perfect; well cleaned, skin on, small cubed potatoes perfectly fried. Orange juice was a large serving as well and also delicious; pretty sure it was fresh squeezed. Only complaint was that their coffee was a bit weak for my taste, but they refilled it constantly. Still worthy of a 5-star review!

I have been to Eggsclusive Café a few times, and it has been fantastic every time! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, large portions(I always bring enough home for a second, sometimes third meal), wonderful food. Fresh squeezed orange juice from a cool machine, that is mesmerizing — fun to watch! It’s a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

We go here entirely too much when we are in town. If you are averse to your foods touching, don’t get the skillet. I am thankfully totally cool with all of my foods being mixed together and covered in eggs. It is so much food you can for sure share with your dining companion. The orange juice is fresh, the coffee is free flowing, the atmosphere is chill(I don’t feel self conscious when our baby yells), and the food is yummy. No trip to Rockford is complete without a breakfast here. Although I can never remember the name of the restaurant and usually refer to it as Eggtastic.

We have eaten here 3 times now and each time the food and service has been great. The portions are huge so be prepared. The fresh squeezed orange juice is delicious. My only complaint is that The acoustics/noise level make it difficult to have a conversation when the restaurant is full. Overall a great options for breakfast or brunch.

Delicious. Very, very good. Husband’s eggs benedict were on a bagel and piled high with smoked salmon. My omelette was gorgeous. Staff is astoundingly wonderful and attentive. One very small problem: omelette was made with FIVEEGGS. I was a little overwhelmed. Will make better decisions next time. But definitely coming back.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. To begin with it is extremely loud in there! My breakfast was a vegetable skillet. The potatoes were burned and overall lacked any flavor mostly because it was 75% zucchini which was cold. My husband had an omelet which had a bunch of cheese in the middle and not much else. The server took all but my two poached eggs away and I told the owner at the register it was awful but no adjustment was made to the bill at all! $ 30 for two poached eggs is a bit much! I will not be back and would not recommend it. I had been there before at lunch and while the food was ok, the place was loud and full of flies! So that’s two thumbs down!

By far one of the best brunch places around the Rockford area! Lovely ambiance, a mimosa patio, and outstanding food and service combines for an all around enjoyable eating experience. Breakfast and brunch food is available as well as fresh in-house squeezed OJ that is to die for. Good for small parties and intimate dates.

I had never been to this place before — in fact, i didn’t even know it existed until my friend suggested it for our brunch meeting yesterday. Now that I know where it is, I’ll remember it as where the old Baker’s Square used to be. We wanted to sit in the Mimosa Garden, but because my friend had her daughter with her, we weren’t able(understandably). We were seated inside near a window at a lovely table. The noise level was shocking, despite my being prepared after having read several other reviews mentioning the din. It was a gorgeous space but the echoy noise made conversation tricky, though not impossible. The menu was enormous and made our decision time long since we had a hard time deciding. I ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict with a side if the house potatoes and a strawberry orange juice, while my friend chose a waffle with strawberries and an order of French fries for her and her daughter to share. Our food arrived after a short wait and it was delicious! My eggs were perfectly poached and the Hollandaise was the best I’ve ever had. There was a LOT of spinach — more than I was expecting — and while it was delicious, it was just a tad overwhelming to the other flavors. I would order it again, though I was probably choose another Benny on the menu or one of the French toasts just to try more of the massive selection. The orange juice was fresh and a perfect blend of berries and orange. The food was excellent, the décor was modern and beautiful. However, the noise and the excessive spinach makes it so I cannot give a full five stars(wish I could give half stars because this would be 4.5 stars for sure). I will be coming back and bringing friends/my Eggs Benedict loving mother and husband.

I love brunch. Coming from Park Slope in Brooklyn where weekend highlights is to go to brunch, I was going in withdrawal when we moved to Rockford– but not anymore! This is hands down the BEST brunch place in Rockford! Modern décor, plenty of seating and great for groups. It’s a little loud– but that’s perfect for brunch! They have everything you crave for lunch… fresh squeezed OJ(they have a nifty machine that does it), to anything eggy and noneggy and their menu spans all sorts of cuisines– from tex-mex to even Indian! Quantities are HUGE(can easily split something with someone else and leave quite happy) — they do charge $ 2 for split plates. They also have everything from salads, paninis, sandwiches, burgers, skillets, omelets, eggs how ever you want and enough sweet thing(pancakes, french toast, crepes). So they really have ANYTHING you could crave for brunch We were able to be seated right away and started looking at their menu(which is round– pretty unique) and don’t forget to look on both sides! I went with 4 others and we decided to get something different so we could try everything. Most dishes come with a side of EITHER pancakes(small stack) or hashbrowns/homefrieds or upgrade to quinoahash for a few bucks more. EVERYTHING was great and I would get everything again: –nutella banana crepes are a fantastic way to end your meal if you have a sweet tooth –we had a skillet with quinoa hash upgrade and loved it! The quinoa added an extra punch of protein and tastiness to our meal –we got the spicy chicken tandoori naan(which was great!) and not too spicy either –pollo locco on naan also equally delish –fresh squeezed OJ also great –for little kiddos they have a nice cup with a lid on it service was very attentive(they even gave us clean plates for the crepes) and real maple syrup I will definitely come back again to indulge in other menu items and especially bring out-of-towners as they will be impressed!

I went here for breakfast one morning. The service was excellent and friendly. The building itself was clean, and had a decent lay out. When I was there, it wasn’t very busy, in fact only about 5 tables were occupied. The atmosphere has kind of a family restaurant style. I ordered the Corned Skillet with a side of gravy, Don’t judge. Gravy goes on everything. When my meal came, ITWASHUGE! I’m talking way more food than I could eat. In fact I swear 2 – 3 people could have eaten off of my one skillet BEFORE u put the bowl of gravy on it. After the gravy it could have fed a small family. The food was excellent… and filling… I take it back. It could have fed a small third world country it was so filling. I ended up having to leave 2/3rds of it on the table because I was heading out of town and it would have spoiled. Honestly, I found it very appetizing and a great breakfast for a long day ahead of me. I thought the prices were reasonable… More so when you see that the amount of food you get is more than some countries export. The menu is HUGE too. There are a lot of selections to make. In fact there were so many that I had a hard time narrowing it down to just one.

My family and I decided to come here on my birthday for brunch before we went out shopping at the mall. Considering it was a Friday around 11:30, it was pretty busy here. On a side note… why are all these people here? Shouldn’t they be working? End side note. Anyway, we were seated pretty much right away so that was a plus. The space is pretty large, and the vaulted ceilings I think is where the excess noise comes from. It is a little noisy, but it personally didn’t bother me. They have some outdoor seating too, and I would’ve liked to take advantage of that but it was raining the day I came so we stayed inside. Our waitress(again, I’m terrible with the names) was great! She was super friendly and checked back with us quite often and made sure that we were taken care of. I got the mimosa which, with the fresh squeezed orange juice, was great. They even have the machine out on the floor so you can see it being made, kinda cool. I opted for the Fresca Italiana omelet which has spinach, sun dried tomatoes, provolone, basil, and avocado on top. It was super tasty, and the side of roasted potatoes was perfect. One of my family members mentioned it was my birthday so we got a birthday crêpe that was complimentary, which I thought was nice! And holy crap it was so good. It had mascarpone cheese on the inside with chocolate and caramel drizzled on top with whipped cream. Definitely had to share, it was super rich. The service was really top notch. I say this because my aunt wasn’t happy with what she got, and the manager(or someone who seemed to have some authority) offered to have something new made for her instead. He didn’t have to wait for her to ask for it, he offered it right away which I thought was great. Even if someone doesn’t like one particular dish, making sure they have a good experience is a plus. I will definitely make a point to come back here the next time I’m in town!
