I brought my daughter here today to outfit her for ballet class. This was the first time that I was buying any of these items and had no idea what she needed. The woman was very patient, helpful, sized my daughter, etc. She suggested skirted leotards, which I had no idea about and made perfect sense. She also gave me a coupon. I am not sure about the negative reviews, but I was very pleased. I checked the prices for the items online when we got home and realized that we did get good deals there. My daughter is very happy with all her items. Plus, they had the correct sizes in stock which is wonderful! We will definitely be back.

We went there yesterday to buy jazz shoes for my son. It was recommended as a place that would fit him for the right size. The woman handed me boxes which I then tried on him. When I asked if they were too big or how much room he should have in front, I got little answer. Finally I suggested he try a size down, and we received no more assistance fitting them. We did buy that pair, and today I realize that they are still probably too big. I’d love to return and buy elsewhere after such a frustrating experience but they say no refunds. We live 45 minutes away. An exchange needed due to bad service and fitting is REALLY frustrating.

Went to buy tap shoes for my two daughters. Get this. They charge $ 10 to $ 20 depending on the shoe if you try it on and do not buy it. I guess there is a sucker born every day however I will not be one of them. Buyer beware
