Never again. The waffle wasn’t done. I watched the cook with his bare hands put the bacon on the grill then take the bread out of the bag and put in the toaster. The floor had food smeared on it and as she was putting the menus on the table I had to ask the waitress to please wipe the table, and since she still only half wiped it I actually asked her for the rag so I could wipe it enough to eat. And this was the cleanest empty booth.

Delicious as always! Smothered, covered, chunked and diced is the way to go on the hash browns! If you ever need to order take out the food is just as good.

Horrible parking, horrible food, red mulch landscaping, and room temperature coffee. As a side bar, it’s crazy that some of the worst waffles you’ll ever have, come from a place that names themselves after waffles.
Try: Pretending that your taste buds work and go somewhere else
Avoid: Going to the Waffle House if you’re sober enough to say, ‘Waffle House.”

This Waffle House is why there are people in the customer service business. They need help in that area. The food is OK, the customer service and customer orientation is pitiful. Was in the early one Saturday morning with a friend. We were the only two there. The staff had loud rap music going. We had to ask them to reduce the volume. Will not go back.

I have eaten in many Waffle Houses over the years and this was the worst experience ever. Had to ask to have the counter wiped, had to ask for silverware, coffee was lukewarm, and the food was nowhere near what I have come to expect. Add a server that barely made eye contact and obviously wanted to be somewhere else and you have a recipe for failure.

New location that opened for business in August 2013. One of the cleanest Waffle House locations I’ve been to. Very friendly and efficient staff. As good as Waffle House gets, which is pretty goo in my opinion. Definitely will go back.

Rock Hill, SC
This is the newest Waffle House location in Rock Hill. Beautifully landscaped and nice and clean inside. The staff is efficient and service is quick and accurate. The food (at least breakfast) is very good and cooked to exact order. The only two negatives that I have seen are 1) the coffee seems to always be luke warm and 2) the parking is atrocious.
