I should of waited to post a review til all services were rendered. That same day, at check out, the phone we wanted was unavailable. So Eric had called to different stores and they were out of stock as well. We left for lunch and came back. The store was extremely busy and we were not helped until an hour later. We decided to just get our phone number transferred to another phone we had. The other salesperson who helped us could not understand that we were waiting for over and hour and was a compete jerk. Thank goodness I have prepaid. I would hate to have to come in this sorry store again. Verizon workers are dumbed down on common sense
