Wow, Janie did an outstanding job. She was perfectly attentive and on the spot with her service. I own a restaurant on the west coast and love servers like her. I wish her the best. I recommend this place when in Rick Hill. Cheers!

Two of us went to Ruby Tuesday’s on Saturday the 9th. The restaurant was busy with a short waiting list. We went there because my friend likes the dry rub ribs. We sat at the bar to wait for a seat. I asked for a top shelf gin martini, up, and with a lemon twist. I got my martini on the rocks which didn’t bother me much. However, as I watched, the bartender took a slice of lemon, peeled the«twist» off the slice of lemon, threw it in the trash as he put the pulp in the drink. I brought this to his attention nicely. The bartender said, «Sorry bout that» and walked off. Before I could reply, we were called to our seats. Half of the seats at the bar were empty. My friend had the ribs, and they were perfect. I had one of the ribs, and I agreed with him. However my dinner was not what I expected. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Pork Chop. The plate looked perfect when it arrived. However, one taste of the pork chop convinced me that the chef was VERY heavy handed with the cayenne pepper. WOW was it hot. All I could taste was HOTBBQ sauce — there was no pork flavor at all. I am glad that I like hot food, or I would have sent it back to the kitchen. The green beans were fine as well as the mashed potatoes. If a restaurant is going to serve food this spicy hot, it should be noted in the menu as a warning to customers. I would have given it three chili peppers — maybe four! Our waiter was attentive without hovering over us. He did his job well. I tipped him well for this service and not on the quality of the drink or the dinner.

My husband and I ate at Ruby Tuesday’s here in Rock Hill this afternoon, and I ordered the«Honey Glazed» chicken, that sounded like it would be amazing! Well, I got my dish and it smelled divine! so, I took a big bite and my mouth started burning off! OMG! I could not get my mouth to stop burning drinking water over and over! So, I told the waiter I could not eat it, it was just too hot! I asked him what they put in the sauce, he said” I don’t know, nothing, I guess just pepper”. There ain’t no way that was just pepper! My mouth was still burning when I left the restaurant! It did not have anything about being hot or spicy in the description. So, the manager came out and asked if I wanted something else, I said” yes, I will take the«smokey mountain chicken», it was only like a dollar more. well, instead of leaving my «hot as hell» meal at 12.99, that I could not eat, he upped the price to 13.99 cause I had to get the«smokey mountain chicken» instead! AREYOUKIDDINME! POORMANAGEMENT! Needless to say, we wont be back! a good manager would have at least left the other price on there, since it was there fault with a hot sauce on the chicken! grrr! :-(

Recently, my family and I(and my son’s friend) visited this restaurant. The food was plentiful and good. The service was fantastic as the wait staff was friendly, halpful, and efficient. The set up was fine and our party of 7 was accommodated nicely at a large round table for our convenience. The menu, as usual, provided a wide variety of tasty choices. It wasn’t until I received our check that I regretted stopping at RT! I was shocked that 3 salad bars, 2 burger plates, 2 kids’meals, and 5 sodas resulted in a $ 76 bill($ 90 including tip). For many folks, this high-dollar meal wouldn’t be too big of a problem. For me, I won’t go back; I certainly don’t think our experience was worth the price… and our experience was good. I just felt the food, although good, was a little basic for the cost. For those with deeper pockets than I, more power to you as you go back and visit.

Had the buffalo chicken burger! It was good, nothing to write home about, the staff was pleasant, we recommend if you are in a rush but do not want fast food!

Went to this Ruby Tuesday on Monday the 17th with my 26 year old daughter after doing some light shopping in the mall across the street. Wanted salad in the worst way! Walked in and the two girls at the host stand argued where we should sit. After we were sat, we waited 11 minutes before we made the decision to go to one of the many other restaurants in the area. When we walked past the host stand there were four employees chatting and one called out for us to have a nice day. I told the girl that sat us that we were leaving because nobody ever came to our table and that the table next to us told us to get out while we could because service was awful. She responded with OK. There was not a lot of people in there, I’d say more employees then customers.

Yes, it’s a chain restaurant and the menu is the same no matter where you go, but this Ruby Tuesday was something a bit different. First, salad bar — for a busy Sunday afternoon, the salad bar was fully stocked, all the veggies were fresh and crisp and it was clean. You can tell a lot of care is taken at this place with the salad bar Second, the service — our server’s name was Keenon, and he has to go into my top 5 servers EVER! It was clear that he had a large section, but you would have never guessed with the amount of service and attention we received. He was attentive, nothing was too much trouble and he just had a fantastic personality! Overall, great experience!

The food was great and service was good. The only thing I would have to say needs improvement is they need more of a selection on the the Fit items. My son ordered food that was way too spicy for him and they had no problem exchanging it for something that suited his taste. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. All in all great place!

Sat at the bar on a very busy Mother’s Day holiday. I know it’s probably not the best day to pick as far as eating out since everyone(and their mother…[insert laugh here]) were out and about. You could tell the waitstaff was a bit stressed and busy. The bartender was friendly, but we did wait a while for food. My guess is the kitchen was backed up… I ordered the Avocado Turkey Burger with a side of onion rings and cauliflower mash. Everything was pretty good, but I probably walked out of there feeling like I gained 20 lbs. Probably should have just opted for the salad bar(which is normally a stable at most Ruby Tuesdays) but I didn’t feel like drinking on a salad stomach.

There’s nothing all that special about Ruby Tuesdays. If you like the Applebees and Carlos O’ Charlies of the world, Rubies will be right up you alley. The food is typical American fare with a pleasant wait staff. This location isn’t one of the nicer or spacious ones I’ve been too, but it still has the nice salad bar. I frequented Ruby Tuesdays years ago for the salad bar alone. Try: The salad bar with those delicious pumpernickel croutons Avoid: Expecting too much

Went there on Sunday around lunch time, not to crowded. Waitress was OK. Tried their New Summer Grill with Steak, Shrimp, and Chicken with a Mango salsa, and rice. Shrimp was excellent cooked just right. Steak was not cooked properly, had to send it back. Chicken was moist and not overcooked. Also had Broccoli with the grill and first they where undercooked, and cold. Waitress brought out a new order and they where OK. The Mango salsa was slightly spicy for me, almost difficult to eat. Can not hold the salsa over the kitchen when company recipe is at fault. Salad bar was clean, and items looked mostly fresh, and selection was average. Really liked their Honey Mustard salad dressing, not to sweet but just right. Having been in the restaurant business for quite some time would have, would have though the manager would have came over and talked with me concerning all of the issues with the food. Nope. I did mention to the host on my way out that there where some issues with quality control from the kitchen. Overall service and food was average, however I do expect better quality control from the kitchen.

Came for Sunday brunch. Not a great place for brunch. Over priced. Service was awful. They give you 3 menus. Brunch menu not alot of selections. Will not come back for brunch. The french toast was good though.
