Starbucks

Some trips through the drive through are better than others. Today was quite quick. The line looped around the building back out to the main road, but I was in and out in less than 10 min. Intercom barista is always so peppy! Today was no different.

Unilocal is a lie, doesn’t open until 6am on Sunday. It would be nice if it wasn’t on the other side of town too.

I have only ever ordered my drinks and the occasional pastry inside, I can’t speak for the insanely long line that tends to live in the parking lot, but inside the service is pretty fair in my opinion. The employees have never been rude or seemed unpleasant, my orders are served fairly quickly– even though there is a lot of customers, and the inside is warm and well kept. Of course everything is a bit overpriced, it’s Starbucks, it’s a known fact, but it’s a nice treat to have.

Ohh the Chia Tea Latte is so good. They are quick with the orders. This time I got a s’more bite mmmm melt in your mouth!

Drive-​thru is INSANELY slow… three cars ahead of me and I waited 15 minutes. This has been my experience every time I go through this Starbucks. You can’t even go into the store quickly because unless you park your car across the street, you get blocked in by the crazy long drive-​thru line.
On the plus side, my drinks have always been correct.

Out of caramel crunch… Out of whip cream… And I’m out of patience. They even messed up the drinks. We set in the drive thur for 10 mins at the window… Hire new manager to order the products needed and hire new workers to make the drinks.
Sorry, Starbucks but this is a bad location.

I have traveled extensively and have been to a starbucks along the way in almost every state. This location is close to home and easy to go to right before I exit onto 77 for work. Now my issue is that my low profile car and ridiculously expensive tires can no longer navigate the pot holes which have now morphed into sink holes. The drive thru is always a plus but the wait is beyond the time I have spare. I thought I’d be smart and go inside one day. Nope. Epic fail. The 15 deep cars in the drive thru all left with their coffees before I got mine. Lesson learned. It’s not a convenient spot for morning commuters. Then I realize that Harris Teeter which I have to pass before the drive thru Starbucks has a small Starbucks inside. I parked in the first parking spot, walked in, no line at all, got my drink and a warm smile from the Barista. Nothing was rushed, there was attention to detail and 5 min later I’m back on the road and waving at the long line of drive thru cars waiting for their order as I passed them by. #starbuckswinning

I pass this Starbucks going home from work every day. OMG! This is the slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve been to. Please do something!

For the last several weeks this location is becoming more of a disappointment. For starters, drive-​thru service is getting longer and longer-​twice over five minutes waiting to order. The espresso drinks are tasting weaker as if they are recycling the previous customers press and masked by adding more syrup/​milk/​ice. Sad when the Harris Tester site has less staff and quicker service and better drinks. Think this location needs to retrain/​refresher course for baristas to make tasty drinks. Guess my $ 4 or more will be spent at other locations.

I love this location. The employees are very friendly, especially Kayla and they make sure our drinks are just right. Highly recommend.

I come here some days before work. Staff is friendly and always get my drink right. It’s also the closest drive-​thru location so it’s very convenient for me.

I’ve never been disappointed by this Starbarcks. My wallet has some issues with Starbucks in general, but, hey, we knew that before we pulled through the drive-​thru.
What I like about this Starbucks is that the service is always friendly. One day I’m going to grab the name of the drive-​thru girl that always serves me, so I can give her a shout out. I am a huge believer in fast and friendly service… or at least service with a smile. They always nail it here.
The coffee is no different than any other Starbucks… and if you’re new to Starbucks… it’s great coffee. I am a bit of a coffee snob and usually buy and grind my own… but, for those days that I forget to make coffee, Starbucks usually fills that void.
In the winter, I am a huge fan of getting a dirty chai for my ride to work. Chai tea with a couple of espresso shots. Oh hell, these things are great iced too. Let’s go ahead and make them summer drinks.
Try: Dirty Chai
Avoid: Most of the crazy sugar drinks… unless you have a tootbrush handy

Super friendly staff. I usually expect craziness and rudeness at a Starbucks in the morning but these folks were great.

I always come to this Starbucks on my way to work in the mornings. They always get my order right and I’ve never had a problem.

We went there Valentines morning and it was beautifully decorated. I also saw that they had a special evening planned after 5:00 so you could bring your sweetie for a special date night. I love it when they go out of the way to make a day special. Coffee was great and so was the staff.

Maybe its just me at 4 dollars a drink I should never have to drive back for an incorrectly made drink. Coffee is generally 3 parts. Coffee, sweetner and cream. How do you forget one of the three if I pay extra for a specific sweetner? Its like forgetting a bun on a darn hamburger. Not happy when I have to turn around and go back.

Pretty good Starbucks. Not much to write about since I went through drive through but the person at the window was VERY talkative. In my case it hindered me because the people in front of me only had about 21 people in their car so I was in a rush. I thought drive through was supposed to be an in and out type of deal. It’s good on any other day — except the day that I went.
