Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I came to this Olive Garden location tonight to celebrate with my girlfriend’s family because her mother is celebrating a birthday. Our waiter was kind and gave us very decent service. As some of you may know, the breadsticks alone are enough to fill you up at Olive Garden but for my entrée I ordered the fettuccine alfredo which was great and for dessert I got my absolute favorite: lemon cream cake. This Olive Garden location is always superb. It’s a bit pricy but worth every penny.

Good family meal at the Olive Garden the chicken gnocchi soup was great as always, bottom less salad was fresh and filling and breadsticks were hot, fresh and buttery. Split the Citrus Chicken from skinny menu and side vegetables were fresh and nicely sautéed.

Service was great by Olivia. Salad and breadsticks were good… grandma had minestrone soup and loved it. Entrees were hot and excellent. Lobster ravioli was very good. Chicken parmigiana was great.
I would love to be able to add more garlic to my dishes.

Service sucked for Veterans Day today and the food made me sick!!! Will not go back again…

My husband and I had takeout at this Olive Garden Friday nite, and my dish was great, but my husband got shrimp alfredo, and it was so dry, hardly no alfredo sauce at all, he could not eat it! HE was so upset! He had to put it up in the fridge. So, he called the manager and told them. They apologized and sent us a giftcard for the amount we had to pay for his shrimp alfredo. of 15.00! That is good management! They called us back and apologized, got our address and everything, sent the card! They have much better management that Ruby Tuesdays! that was wherei had the bad experience at this past Saturday nite! :-(

Maybe the food is good… I don’t know. I ordered online and waited at home the 40 minutes it was going to take to make my food. When I showed up I was directed to the «to go» area where there was a big line. One young woman worked as hard as she could to handle the phone, and the orders. Almost as soon as I walked in, I saw my food come out the door and into a bag. Right on time… And then I sat there and watched my food die on the window. One of the employees, a young guy with an earring sat there leaning up against the table staring in to space with his mouth open like he was trying to catch flies. Instead of going to the mass of people waiting, he did nothing. The manager was standing there briefly and then walked off and came back and handed the fly catcher some menu’s to sort. Not once was anything said to anyone waiting, not once was any attempt made to help the ONE PERSON working the «to go» counter on a Friday night. Customer service was non-​existent, it couldn’t even be bad because noone even tried.
On my way out I let the woman who ran the entrance know that I would just be cancelling my order. She wanted me to speak to the manager but I declined at the time. I was already fed up enough sitting there waiting and watching what went down. I’ll be calling now though.

Server was friendly, but that didn’t make up the wait we had for our food. For a restaurant that wasn’t even busy. :(The food made me pretty sick. I had maybe 10 bites and at that point, the bathroom was next. I won’t be back to any Olive Garden.

Very welcoming… ehhhhhh food. My particular waitress was absolutely amazing. However my soup (chicken gnocchi) came out pure rare!!! I know the difference between smoked and rare!!! Which is what (MANAGER JENNIFER) said it was normal. Not even my waitress agreed with it!!! Just watch what you get!!!

Birthday dinner Salad, Bread Sticks, and fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, black olives, and broccoli to finish it up with a piece of Birthday cake ohhh chocolate cake and chocolate shaved curls on the top. Great dinner with friends and family.

I do not recommend this Olive Garden to anyone but especially not large parties! We called ahead to plan a party for 40. We get there and are only given 3 waitresses to serve our entire party. This is a Wednesday night and again we planned ahead with the manager. It take 45 min to get drinks to the table the servers are very unorganized. After getting drinks it takes another 15 – 20 to take orders. An hour after waiting we finally get breadsticks and salad. They bring only 3 bowls to a table of twenty and 3 baskets of breadsticks. So we wait longer for enough food. We are only given bread plates no salad plates. When asked for salad plates they finally bring them out and ask us to pass the down the table of twenty people! I’m sorry but that’s just disgusting and not professional. After 2 hours we finally get our meal. At our table 5 people don’t get a meal or the meal is incorrect. They do not know who ordered what so they ask us to stop talking so they ca. Yell out the name of what we ordered. In the end we leave after 3 hours. Waitresses are rolling eyes at us, asking up to shave our own cheese, we clean and stack plates, etc! Awful experience and I blame the manager for it all!

Good customer service today

Horrible experience this evening. we gave our name and party number (3) to the hostess who informed us that it would be a thirty minute wait. After about thirty minutes, we checked on a table. the hostess, who failed to give us a buzzer, said that because we didn’t ask for a buzzer we would have to wait for a table. for another thirty minutes. She did not apologize for her mistake. She did not offer to seat us next. She said we would be placed at the end of the list again. We left. I should have asked for the manager because she was completely wrong and disrespectful.

My family and I went to this Olive Garden and had a very enjoyable experience! Short wait even though they were fairly busy! Our waitress, Brittani was very attentive and friendly! Food was served hot and fairly quick! Manager came by twice to make sure we were happy! Can’t beat that, we will definitely be coming back to this location!

I went to Olive Garden tonight and it was SO good! I had the three course meal: salad, Pasta di Mare and the tiramisu dolcini. Normally when I go to Olive Garden in a group they always ask if anyone would like a sample of wine but tonight the waitress did not. I know that I look young, but that is why you are supposed to ask for ID. I realize that it is a courtesy but if you do for one, you must do for all. Other than not offering a sample, I was pleased with the service; the waitress was very attentive and efficient.

Having been away for the past 3 years with no Olive Garden at all, I must say the last 2 times Iv been recently was great. The service was good, and the food was awesome. Oh how Iv missed the Zuppa Toscana soup!!! My only complaint would be that I ordered the soup, salad and breadsticks and my first bowl of soup had about two inches of soup in it. But once I told my waiter how I felt my next bowl was near overflowing, and I loved it!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!

This «was» one of my favorite restaurants… I’m so disappointed in the service. Went there for a late lunch the other day the hostess asked if it was ok to be seated on the bar side of the restaurant. I assumed it would be fine. My friend and I both ordered the special dinner today take home dinner tomorrow. We received our salad and decided to get a second order of salad as I was mixing the salad there was a crumbled up receipt paper mixed in with our salad. I notified the bus boy and let my waiter know. I told my waiter that I did not want another salad since our entrees came out and I was a little disgusted with what I found in my salad bowl. There were no apologies by my waiter or any acknowledgment that anything was wrong. The only comment had was «no need for salad because all the good stuff is here». I then let another staff member know about the incident and she apologized gave me a $ 10 gift card and comped my meal. I was very satisfied of how she took care of the situation. We did tip and pay for the other meal only to come home to find that my take home dinner was packed with only noodles and no sauce. I guess they had to get me somewhere. My suggestion never sit on the bar side because you will have to sacrifice service and extra ingredients in your salad bowl. I guess the bar tender should keep serving drinks and not food.

this is my version of fast food italian. it is good in a pinch. the calamari is usually pretty good, sometimes its a little chewy. I myself prefer the tentacle parts of calamari than the tubes. they have more crunch. The alfredo from here seems to be ‘fake” like a jarred version. although it is not on the menu I order chicken caprese. which is always good.
the lemon icebox cake is wonderful.
stuffed mushrooms are just ok in my opinion.
i also have enjoyed the seafood portofino, and the stuffed chicken parmesan.
i have had authentic Italian foods from authentic italian chefs who barely spoke english. and this is a great inexpensive way to experince italian that doesnt have a drive up window.

If you’ve never been to an Olive Garden, it won’t do me any good to tell you it’s just like every other Olive Garden. The atmosphere is similar to authentic Italian restaurants in that it tends to be loud an boisterous. The only thing missing is the smell of an Italian kitchen and the bellied laughs of uncle Giuseppe… oh…and authentic Italian tasting food.
Olive Garden’s not bad, the food is nice and service at this location is pretty good. What I wouldn’t recommend, is for someone that grew up with Mama’s special sauce or Aunt Marcella’s famous tortelloni alla zucca, to expect a little slice of home.
