Envy Nails

They have very bad service, in experienced staff, only one girl Tina knows her work rest are just doing things but don’t know what they are doing, I have wasted my money and time going there 2 times, every time I was disappointed. And the manager does not say anything to his staff, they are eating, texting and fighting in their own native language while they are doing your nails, very unfriendly place and bad place to be I do not recommend this place for any educated person.

The atmosphere was beautiful and we enjoyed some wine during our mani/Pedi’s. My complaint would be all the background noise. It wasn’t the music or the sound of drills, but rather the chatter of the employees in their native language. It made us wonder what they were talking about and whether they were just chatting or talking about us. There are so many other places to get our nails done, yet no one has gotten the memo on speaking English in the presence of American clients. There were other employees who made a point to speak English and made the clients happy, but unfortunately at the pedicure chairs there were many conversations that did not involve the English language. Also we got a deluxe pedicure which usually includes a paraffin wax or extra massage and we received neither. Shame on us for not bringing it to someones attention. If feeling comfortable isn’t a factor in your spa experience give it a shot… if not I suggest you find another salon that is willing to make you feel like you are priority.

This is my go to nail salon! I’ve been to shops all over Rock Hill but I keep coming back to Envy. In addition to offering nail services, they also offer waxing. I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s reasonably priced. It’s not quite as upscale as Blush but the décor is still really nice. If you’re thinking about checking this place out, you definitely should.
