We bought a Cadillac SRX almost 2 years ago with the help of Mike Clark. Great guy, did not pressure us, helped answer all our concerns. We were out of there in a few hours with our lightly used new truck. New to us. Low miles, full coverage warranty. Well over time a few things needed attention. When we took it to Valley, they took good care of us. great waiting room, with coffee, water, snacks, t.v. magazines, ect. Very clean atmosphere, place to work in private with your laptop and free WiFi. Personnel are polite and attentive. We tried dealers in our area on a few mild repairs, because we didn’t have time to go to Valley, one in Buffalo that has been there for long time was a dump and and did not enjoy our time there. Tried one in southtowns and they caused more trouble than what I showed up with. Damaged a tire and caused the truck to make embarrassing noises on turns. After 3 times we said forget it. Just came back from Valley with a list of things that were legit and needed attention. The Red Team did a great job repairing all our concerns. even what the other dealer caused. Did it quickly and supplied us with a courtesy vehicle while ours was being fixed. THANKSSOMUCH! to them, Jim and Scott, who stepped up when Jim was on vacation.

I had my car serviced by Valley Cadillac, just got it back. Scott Robbins, green team service manager, was absolutely fantastic to me. He kept me updated on everything, was very easy to deal with and I felt I could ask him questions and get answers. Was given a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. Mark Haboon, in charge of courtesy transportation, and other tasks, was just super. He had me in my courtesy car and on my way very fast. My car drives great and I am very happy. I have had nothing but good experiences with the people at Valley Cadillac, the service department takes care of any issue in a timely and polite manner, you can even get a Cadillac loaner while your car is being serviced. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the facility looks spectacular especially with the new renovations to the service desks, Keep up the good work Valley!

I recently posted a bad review about valley Cadillac as I was dissatisfied with my situation. This got the attention of the owner himself and really got things moving. In the end they did well over a thousand dollars in work to make things right by me and treated me very well. It’s undeniable that sometimes in life there are miscommunications and misunderstandings but when a company goes above and beyond to make those miscommunications and misunderstandings right for the customer that’s when you know you’ve found a company worth doing business with. A big Thank You to the owner at Valley, and Scott in the service department; for going to bat for me with Cadillac and making things right.
