Moe’s Italian Sandwiches of Rochester

The woman said she’s the owner not sure how accurate that is. But she needs a lesson hospitality rude, maybe over worked with lack of help. Remember you are always on stage and should act accordingly. Sandwich is alright has changed but i believe the new management needs a new attitude too. Remember where you are a not wealthy blue colar community. The guy who was the previous owner always engaged in convo and friendly.

On my way to try out Two Toads Sub shop, found out they’re not there anymore, so I tried this place. (Sorta close by)
I love a good Italian sub with everything. This place makes an ok one. Soft bread, fresh ingredients, but nothing is folded or tucked in, messiest Italian I’ve had in a while. They have a very small menu, no sitting area so it’s take out only. (Down to 4 stars for the mediocre Italian)
So, Whilst I was in line ordering, another staff member pushed past me w/​o saying excuse me or even anything, then proceeds to come to the counter while the girl who took my order is making it and says «are you already helped?» (Down to 3 stars on grammar alone.) Now I’m not the Prince of Dorne, but when you shove past me while I’m a customer in your place, and then 2 seconds later, act like you’ve never seen me, I start to think you might suck at the food service industry. (Down to 2 stars)
Then, they bagged my stuff… Without napkins… Remember, messiest Italian ever, (which can describe both me and the sub) so I needs me some nakkinz. Which I have in my glove box, but we all know how «absorbent» the naps from Dunks are. If you’re gonna go thru the motion of bagging my order, chuck a few napkins in there, see how it feels… Ya might’ve kept that second star.

Was looking for a sandwich while traveling for work in Rochester. Moes had literally 5 sandwich options, Italian, caprese, meatball, and maybe a few variations of those. However, my Italian was delicious, soft soft bread and the regular size is probably around a foot or more long. Also, the two girls working the counter were very nice. Parking was easy too. Well done.

Had a Moe’s Italian sandwich today. I hadn’t had one in over 5 years and it was delicious as I remember them! I always could smell the onion first as I opened the wrapper to the sandwich, The bread was fresh and tasted good as I remembered it to be! I would recommend Moe’s and give it 5 stars!!!

The subs are great, too bad the guy that owns it makes you feel like your bothering him when you order.

It’s a Moe’s sub. If you like cold cut or turkey subs, Moe’s is pretty darn good. They have been around forever for a reason. Take out and stuff your face. Your face will appreciate it.
