Michigan’s Premier Sport Performance Training

Michigan’s Premier Sport Performance Training has helped me make great gains in my personal fitness. While their primary clientele is composed of college and high school athletes, they can work with anyone who wants to improve their fitness level.
When I approached Josh Simonis and Rob Paulson about training with them, they set up a meeting with me to understand what my fitness goals were. They tailored a program specifically for me to help with my goal of improving at high endurance and high intensity exercises for Marine Corps Officer Candidate school.
The staff of Michigan’s Premier Sport Performance Training have helped me achieve my fitness goals in a way that I would have had great difficulty with on my own. They are knowledgeable and friendly and motivated me to work out with more dedication than I would have alone.
Not only are the staff friendly and fun to be around, they have the fitness certification and credentials to back up their training plans. They are even certified in coaching Olympic lifts. I definitely recommend Michigan’s Premier Sport Performance Training for anyone, but especially for people with a sports related fitness goal.
