If I could give my experience here a zero star rating I would. Ordered the turkey and cranberry… which I’ve have had many times from the Jitters café on buffalo road. Menu says shaved turkey, chunky cranberry, yogurt, provolone and romaine. What it was is altogether different. Dry bread, they got the turkey correct but it was probably half of the amount you’d expect on a $ 7 sandwich. Instead of yogurt and chunky cranberry I got 6 halved craisins and swiss cheese… no romaine. It was terrible. The manager and staff were pretty much brain dead. Not sure if they’re going for ambience, trying to save on the electric or they just don’t want you to see what they are serving but the place was dark… like nightime no lights dark. Save your money and head to the Brueggers in the parking lot!

I am utterly confused by this place. The name implies, coffee. Upon entering you see pizza??? What is going on here people??? I felt awfully weird thinking about ordering coffee from a pizza place, or pizza from a coffee place. That’s like going to a BBQ restaurant and ordering Indian food. Doesn’t make sense to me. Anyhow, when you walk in you see some arm chairs to the right. To the left is what you see in a typical pizza shop, a long window of pizzas lined up. Behind that is a counter with coffee containers. Then a lot of open space in the middle of the«café» until you hit the back of the place and a bunch of seating for those ordering at the counter and planning to eat-in. I’m not a fan of this set up. Its definitely not a place to go if you want a quiet cup of coffee.

Needed to update my review, and say that I was wrong! Luckily for me, my error was pointed out to me. I didn’t mean to put one star and it was error. The staff were super friendly and was a good experience.

Their vision is all over the place, they are trying to do too much. The pizza was just ok. The employees were not welcoming. I would not return here, because I felt like my business was not welcomed.

This place used to be my favorite. I would always order Buffalo Chicken wrap with Nutty Irishman milkshake. Up until last year, one night, I was eating in the café, and it wasn’t the closing time or even close. My friend and I were the only ones there, and the workers turned the ENTIRE lights in the place off without even warning us. I was in the middle of biting my wrap. That really lost my appetite and we obviously left. They knew we were there eating. Such a disappointment.

Hidden gem. Googled cafés for some midday coffee and was confused when I pulled up and saw the word ‘pizza’ on the sign. So glad I decided to still go in. The coffee was on point. Then I noticed a pool table which I had to take advantage of.

This is simply the worst place to go for pizza please stay away. Believe this place was alright a short time back now has turned into nightmare, first of all the the pizza sauce is bad, the delivery service is the worst I ordered a pizza tonight said it would take 45 min. after an hour and 45 minutes i called them and cancelled the guy was rude to me cancelled my order without trying to to fix the order I pre– tipped the guy $ 6 also, So i thought maybe they might help me out not. That will be my last time i order from them I was a 2 – 3 times a month customer.

NEVERAGAIN! Order placed at 6:19 pm, order delivered at 8:19PM. 2 full hours to make and deliver two orders of wings and 1 order of cheese fries. Now onto the food. First and foremost … everything was cold … the Smoked BBQ wings were bland, the Blue Cheese was watered down or the cheapest Blue Cheese dressing you can find. The dry rub was not bad, a bit salty. The Cheese fries were a joke, considering how old they were by the time they arrived to me, the cheese hardened into a mess … I am pretty sure if the owner was on the receiving end of this order he/she would not be pleased. The worst part of this is that in addition to the delivery fee, I opted to tip prior to delivery and opted for a generous 25% … To sum it up, there really was nothing redeeming about this experience with Jitters … NEVERAGAIN!

Jitters used to be a solid coffee shop. It’s been a while since I visited, so I’m not sure exactly when they went down the tubes, but boy have they. I stopped into the Henrietta store a couple days ago while out running errands with my girlfriend. The store was dirty. They had pizzas available by the slice that were sitting out and looked to be several days old. But this is Jitters, and we weren’t there for Pizza. I ordered a «toasted marshmallow late» and my girlfriend a «peppermint late.» It took the girl about 15 minutes to whip up two latte’s that tasted like… milk. On top of the horrible latte’s, I also picked up a box of Jitters«Jamaican me Crazy J-cups» for my Keurig at home. These also turned out to be flavorless nothings. After trying two, the rest of the box went into the trash. Sorry to say I won’t be going back to Jitters any time soon.

Tried ordering a pizza for delivery, and the supposed manager could not tell us what the dimensions of the pizza were. She could not even give us an approximation based on the box. This may sound persnickety, but the main problem is that the woman was rather rude on the phone. After she began to get huffy, I decided to hang up on her and order from somewhere else. Based on the reviews I’ve read here, it sounds like Jitters has a widespread service problem.

I’m so disappointed. Jitters is a mere shadow of what it used to be. Before they moved their pizza was fresh, spicy, soft, and the sauce had a perfect kick to it. I came back here years after graduating craving the jitters pizza and their once amazing mixed drinks. And when I got the food, my mocha was basically steamed milk with a hint of chocolate. I asked for a remake but it wasn’t much better. The pizza came, crust was a bit dry and overcooked and the flavor was extremely bland. I was so bummed because I remember them having such amazing pizza. Unfortunately it seems with each visit it has gotten progressively worse. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. :(

I used to get takeout here and I enjoyed it a lot. Their milkshakes are pretty good and I loved making my own panini on GrubHub. However, I tried ordering take out IN the restaurant and had the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The employees were talking and laughing for about 5 minutes before even noticing I was standing there ready to order. At one point, I was brushed off and somebody said they would be with me soon, but it took several minutes of them dicking around to get to me. I didn’t mind, I assumed they were busy. However, it then took them about 25 more minutes to make my order of a sandwich and waffle fries. There were two other people there waiting for pizza; the restaurant was empty other than that. When I finally got my food a half hour later, I was disgusted. I don’t really want to blame them for the sandwich because maybe I was just being picky, but it was soaked in butter and dripping with way too much melted cheese. Probably just my personal preference. But the waffle fries weren’t acceptable by any standards. They were so over fried that they were crispier than chips. They kind of had the texture of pork rinds. That bad. I am never going back, not even for the milkshakes.

Once or twice a week I swing by and grab pizza for lunch because it beats the hell out of Fast Trac. The employees have never given me the best service, like today she forgot my slices where warming in the oven. She offered to make me new ones, but there was no need. They where not burnt just crispy and they where still bomb. Slightly over five bucks for two good sized slices and they are always good. The ricotta and spinach was amazing also. For some reason it’s never busy and I don’t know why. Is definitely a solid place to green lunch.

Everyone needs to know about this place and I’m shocked to see the reviews it has been given! I have been a true fan of this place since the first time I stepped in 10 years ago! They’re sandwiches are stuffed with meat and toppings and so much flavor. Prices are great, their coffee is delicious and it’s an adorable little spot to catch up with your best friend(it was a regular for us while she lived in town) the Chipotle chicken wrap is SO good, I would eat it every day for lunch if I could. I’ve never had their pizza bur they have huge slices and pies, and my mom raves about it, she’s pretty fussy. The service is nothing to rave about… young teenagers at the cashier usually, not too motivated or ambitious but whatever, as long as my food is good I don’t really care. Give it a try and then thank me later, k?

The place is a dump, the staff is functionally brain dead. Coffee was mediocre. Pepperoni pizza was below average(barely better than frozen), «buffalo chicken» pizza was really bbq, half corn syrup probably, and a tiny cube of chicken on it. Took one small bite and threw it out. AVOID.

Lady at the register was miserable. She could have at least smiled and thanked me when I paid for my food, she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I ordered the turkey blt wrap which was okay but nothing special. Definitely not worth the $ I paid for it. Place was extremely dumpy and dirty. The clump of hair that I found laying on the table was also an added bonus. Definitely not returning.

Jitters has a wide selection of food, but seems to specialize in pizza. I had their boneless wings, based off of a past review that said they were good, and I would definitely get them again! I felt the portion size was really good as well. I have had friends try the turkey cranberry wrap and caesar salad wrap that like those as well. However, their smoothies are not so great– definitely not made with fresh ingredients and tasted pretty artificial. The noise level is pretty high, just because of the music. The people there around lunchtime weren’t too noisy. The staff is pretty friendly, although once it did take them a little while to realize that I was standing at the front waiting to order. Overall, it was an okay place; honestly, I think that there are some better cafes around.

Went in last night about 5:30, place had maybe a handful of customers… not busy at all. Still took the guy 5 minutes to come take my order even though there were two other guys back behind the counter. Ordered a Turkey BLT… they made it and then told me they were out of bacon when I walked up to the counter to retrieve it. Hubby waited 20 min for his steak bomber… they forgot to make it! My daughter’s slice of cheese pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was foul. I made her stop eating it and came home to make her dinner. The worst part of the visit though is that the kitchen/sink area stunk – like it was full of rotten/rotting food. Speaking of which, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was vomit or explosive fecal matter all over the toilet. Not one surface was clean. DISGUSTING! I was completely grossed out that I had eaten there after I visited the restroom and was afraid all night I might end up with food poisoning. AVOID. *I went there once before last night… the bathroom was not very clean(not as horrible as last night though!), and there were only two slices of pizza left. Neither were the kind my kid would eat, plus they looked mighty old, so I asked about a cheese slice and they told me they wouldn’t be making any more slices. What?! If you’re going to have slices, you need to keep fresh ones coming. Nobody wants to buy old, congealed, nasty pizza.
