I cannot express my gratitude for the kindness and professional experience I encountered with the entire Harris family. They have continued to express their support during this entire difficult year. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Mary Helen Collins Daughter of Rita M. Hummell

I was going to a wake for a close friend of the family. Parking lot was crazy– cars in and out and lot full. I saw a man proceeding to back out in which I stopped to let him out so I could take his spot. He didn’t move. I proceeded to move over to the side of him, allowing him to move but making sure no one else took my spot. Long story short he yelled–«what the hell are you doing»!? I told him that I was waiting for his spot. He jumped out of his car and ran towards my car yelling. First off– never run to someone’s car especially when their two year old is in the back seat. I told him to get away from my car. He said he is the owner of the funeral home. I then couldn’t believe what I just heard! I told him that he is in the wrong business! How dare he yell at me about a parking spot and more so, aggressively run toward a mother’s car with their child in the back. And to top it off this is a place that requires sympathy! People are coming together in a time of sorrow! He then called me names and we shouted. I went into the wake and out of no where this same crazy man came into the wake, two feet away from the casket where I was giving condolences to my sister/friend who just lost her grandmother and he was harassing me in front of everyone! I told him to get away from me because this was not the place! He then got into my face– asking my name, being very disrespectful about the parking lot event. I was appalled! He later came back to apologize but it meant nothing. He must have been on drugs. Others witnessed the absurd behavior! And more so they even mentioned how he criticized one woman for parking on the grass-calling her naughty! He needs his mortuary license revoked immediately!
