There are plenty of other dispicable, duplicitous, liars and thieves ready to take your money in this city, but these ones take the cake. It’s a national company who has made a huge mark of disrepute in our town. Stay local and keep away from this chain and you might have a better chance at some semblance of honesty. All they have done is too much to explain, so just heed this warning, shop elsewhere. You wont even know how bad it could get unless you make my error in judgement and walk in their door; so don’t tempt fate.

Close, but no cigar… while the folks here are nice and pleasant, my family found the shopping experience here to be a bit less than helpful. First off, the customer NEEDS to be fully vetted as to what specifically they are looking at in a car. We were walked to the point of purchasing a vehicle only to find that it lacked an ESSENTIAL feature that we required. Mind you, the folks were very pleasant during the whole time we were there. BUT by pre-qualifying us they wasted our time as well as theirs. It’s better to lose a sale than to create a feeling of ill will. It made us feel that all they wanted to do was to sell us a specific car, not meet our needs.
Is this a training issue? Or does that reflect a culture in place at the dealership? I trust it’s the former rather than the latter.
