For the last several months, I have rented a car from Enterprise in Rochester almost every weekend, so I have some experience here. The service from Matt and the others is consistently EXCELLENT. The cars are clean, well-​maintained and there is a variety of makes and models to choose from, even in the compact category. Quite often they have upgraded my compact to a larger car at no cost. After-​hours drop-​offs are convenient with the key box. If there is any negative, it would be the high cost of mid-​week rentals through their web site. But this is not the fault of the local branch, so I would still give them a ‘5’.
