Buffalo Wild Wings

Love it here!!! Great environment! Just moved to NH and this is our favorite place to come. Wings are delicious! We’ve had Emily almost every time we come in and she’s awesome. Best server ever! Takes great care of us and gives amazing service. Will definitely be coming back.

The wings and fried pickles are reasonably good here, but the burgers and sandwiches have been pretty awful. The place seems to benefit from a lack of competitors. The waitstaff shout over the music and interrupt any existing conversation to get a sign-​off that the food is ok and then off they go. Not expecting ambiance here, but many similar places have better service.

Really fun atmosphere, kid friendly, tasty wings, reasonable price! What more can you ask for?!

This is pretty much what you’ll expect from this chain. Tons of big screen TVs, wide beer selection and below average food. A good place to see the game. That’s it.

This could very well be the most unprofessional and immature waitstaff I have ever seen in any type of restaurant setting. Myself and two friends were out for a simple beer and wings type of evening until we came across an African American female in which we thought was very nice however we put our drink order in and she never came back an instead gave her table away to another server. This server did her job but, was very awkward and our whole experience was ruined by dirty looks and odd behavior. Sadly I feel that this was an insecure race issue and the original server is not fit in my opinion for this type of job. Unfortunate that you cannot go out these days to a buffo wild wings without these ignorant and immature as well as unprofessional behaviors

Same as almost any BWW. People quit and they rehire new people all the time. Not sure if that’s a sign of horrible management or lazy workers. When they first opened waitstaff was pretty quick. Went in today, service wasn’t so hot but I don’t know if that’s just how things are now at all BWW.

We stopped here late (10 PM) one evening not many people there, other people were served drinks before we got our drinks, I get that when your busy but the waitress with not many people to wait on didn’t get to us very quickly with our food or our drinks. Good food slow service

This place has definitely improved… in the kitchen that is. I thought this was a sports bar franchise? I’m seeing more breeders hanging out here with their retarded kids than anywhere else! Happy hour is probably the best thing going on here, from my perspective… I mean, where else can you go in rottenchester and experience that twice in one night! Then there is the issue of old, middle age men hanging out, and being «extra nice» to the «young» staff before they go home to their fat ugly wife’s…I’ll save my thoughts for the blogosphere.

Disgusting bathrooms. Service «okay» at best. Not a fan. Seriously very gross and dirty!

Worst wild wings ever been too. Waiter Dave was beyond rude. Including him rolling his eyes at us. Asked about gluten free options and he was annoyed with that. Was not helpful so ordered garden salad, no dressing and again rolled his eyes and gave attitude! I should have just left at that point and not waste any more money. Beware! This place is run by rude assholes!!!

I love the bws chain! I really do! But this one is by far the WORST I have ever been to and I will not go to this location again. It is a stain on the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise that I know and love. If it was the first time I had ever gone to a BWs, this location would make it my last!!!
I went there a few days ago (8÷12÷14) with my daughter and my service dog for lunch. The restaurant and bar were pretty dead, just a few tables occupied. We placed our order within 5 minutes of arriving. They could not serve me a beer, I guess their license was suspended, so I ordered a soda to go with my wings.
The sodas came out promptly as they should and we started waiting… and waiting… And waiting.
25 minutes go by and still nothing. No one came by to refresh our soft drinks or anything. Finally after 25 minutes a waitress comes over with food in Togo boxes. She rudely asked if it was ours and when I stated we were dinning in she rolled her eyes, walked away and began a discussion with the employee we put our order in with about screwing up at work. Then we waited even longer.
After 30 minutes, my daughter and I walked towards the entrance. The waitress asked us where we are going. I informed her this is ridiculous we have been waiting over a half hour for wings in a completely dead restaurant. She informed me my food was ready now, I informed her we were no longer interested.
As I approached the entrance I asked what appeared to be the manager what I owed him for our sodas. He said don’t worry about it and have a nice day. He followed us to the exit and closed the door behind us.
This place is obviously operated by employees who don’t care about their jobs. They are unable to serve alcohol for over serving and they can’t even get chicken wings out in a appropriate time. Either they were discriminating against me and refusing to serve me because of my service animal or they are completely incompetent!!!
AVOID!!!

It was really loud in there and the food was just okay. Would be a great place to bring a group for a couple of drinks, but not a great place for a nice night out.

Sports Televisions, Trivia and more. The food was amazing, But I had a little problem with the staff. They tried to get my party and I out of the Buffalo Wild Wings building, I mean by they kept on checking on us and kept asking if we were leaving. Other than the staff, I liked the restraunt and I love the buffalo Wild Wings Chain. The dining room was very nice and the location is near starbucks and gamestop, so you have things to do right near your restraunt your eating at. Nice Restraunt Except for the staff.

I love the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. No matter where you go you get the same delicious food. This location is no different!
I have eaten in the dining room, and ordered takeout. Each time the service was excellent and my food was brought out exactly as I ordered it.
The restaurant is located in a cool little spot that’s also near a Tropical Smoothie Café in a couple of other shops making it a great place for lunch if you have some shopping to do.
The location itself is kept very clean and it seems like it’s well-​kept by management. The level of professionalism from the staff and servers at the restaurant is impressive seeing as it’s not necessarily a high-​end restaurant.
I’ll keep coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings as long as I continue to visit Rochester, New Hampshire.

Huge beer selection. The wings are decent too.
The hottest ones are not insane for anyone who really likes heat. Some of the more mild ones seem hotter.
This place can be loud. There isn’t much inside to block or absorb noise.
The service is about average for a chain restaurant.
There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to get back on the highway.

This is a fun place for us to stop every time we go through Rochester and every time we can think of an excuse to! Sports galore, all around. I love to sit in the bar and play the trivia game, even if it is a little slow. Beer selection is great. Wings are great and they manage to satisfy both me & my friend who is a very picky eater. There’s every sauce imaginable here which is great whether you want them hot or mile, sweet or spicy. They even have a taster tray to bring out if you can’t make up you mind. It’s my favorite place for wings.

A really great place to watch a game — every kind of game there is! This place is really about sports, beer and wings, just like they say. It’s pretty loud, even in the family dining area. The food is decent and you can order it just the way you like with any one of the seasoning or sauces. It’s an endless variety. Plan on waiting for a while if it’s a big game day. And don’t think you can send one person in to hold a big table, no way Jose. I’m not a big wing eater so I’ve tried almost everything else on the menu. Some company policy requires burgers to be well done, so pass on those. The salads are surprisingly good, as are the fries and the fish tacos. But watch the calorie counts, they apparently use lard! The website only has some of the nutritional info. Great for fun, and they are open late!

We have been many times before. Tonight the manager on duty seemed to not want business, at least not from us. We popped our head in around 6:30pm and asked about the wait we said table for six. The hostess said 20 to 25 minutes. The manager quickly chimed in well it could 40 minutes to an hour don’t know if you want to wait. We said yes and went outside. We stood outside talking and about 20 minutes later we go inside… walk up to the hostess and the manager saps at us… I have been buzzing you guys for ten minutes we gave away your table… we were like it just went off and we walked in. he was VERY RUDE.
The hostess found another table and sat us. The wings, drinks and service were all superb… just the manager was RUDE!
We watched the Bruins Kick butt and the place went nuts during the two Fights that broke out with the Rangers!

Finally, a decent sports bar in Rochester. It just opened on 9÷30÷12. You know the menu because it’s a large chain with a decent web site. The owners have it right so far. I’ve only had wings, beer and the chicken Caesar salad. They were properly prepared, fresh and tasty.
I rate it 5 stars as a sports bar. It is not meant to be fine dining. There is a wall of beer taps with many regional micro-​brews and a good selection of bottles as well. Buzztime trivia network is a plus as well. Walls of new TV’s with every possible game complete the experience.
If you are tired of sticking to the floor in Rochester bars, give this one a shot.
