I am very disappointed in this company! We placed an order with them an hour and twenty minutes before coming to pick it up and they never even double checked the system to make the pizzas we ordered until I walked in and they didn’t even know the order had been placed! I am very disappointed!

The pizza is no different than any other Pizza Hut, although something that stops me from being a returning customer is the fact that they don’t deliver to my house, but the Dominos across the street from them will. Pizza Hut definitely gives a bigger variety than Dominos so I would like to be able to order delivery from here, sadly I cannot, and why that is I don’t understand.

Pizza Hut’s pan pizza is distinctive and yummy, so I jumped at the chance to partake since there isn’t one near me. The service was fast, efficient and polite, everything was clean, and the pizza was delicious. I got the salad bar and a medium specialty pizza for $ 14 on a Friday night. It hit the spot.

We went in to get the pizza hut buffet, 6 of us. One person wanted to order off the menu. After waiting 20 minutes to order(after telling the waitress when we arrived) She finally takes the order. Another 35 minutes go by for an order of Mac& Cheese. My co-worker tells the waitress it needs to be changed to go as we have an hour lunch. The order shows up and is clearly some mac&Cheese off the buffet not made to order. Is missing the bacon that the menu version comes with and no cheese on the bread sticks. When we go up to pay he informs the manager of the problems and that he is not going to pay for this sub-par order or has time to wait. She grabs the bag from his hand and throws the food behind her smashing it into t the wall. «Fine, your all set» was her answer. The Worst service I’ve ever seen/had. I sent an email detailing my experience, and never bothered to get a reply.
