I purchased a groupon for an accelafuze microdermabrasian treatment at Timeless Health & Beauty Medical Spa. The receptionist was very nice. But that is the only positive thing I can say about my experience. The technician who gave my treatment did not explain anything to me. I told her this was my first microdermabrasian treatment and she still didn’t warn me about how it would feel or what she was even doing. The exfoliation was painful, come to find out because she did something wrong and I now have scabs all over the left side of my face a day later. After the exfoliation she put a thick cream on that burned. I explained that it was stinging and asked if it was normal. She said the LED light treatment would make it feel better. It didn’t. My face was VERY red after the treatment to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable going out in public. I do not have sensitive skin and have never had issues with skin sensitivity. You can see lines of scratch marks on my face in the shape of the tool. I definitely would not recommend this spa. The technician treated me like I purchased a groupon instead of trying to win me over as a new customer.

This place is a total rip off! I had a 10:30 appointment– they did half the service, asked me to get dressed and go back and wait for the doctor to perform the rest of the services. An hour later, after having watched the doctor care for 4 other patients, I’m still waiting(typing this as I wait!). I’d have left, but I bought a groupon for the service(already paid). Terrible service!!! Don’t go here. Save your time and money.

Rip off! Purchased a Groupon a few months ago for a chemical peel or microdermabrasion. I chose to go with the microdermabrasion. Here is what the Groupon said: Consult with the physician at Timeless Health to ascertain which service would best suit your face like a borrowed glove – microdermabrasion or the chemical peel. Those opting for a chemical-free face paving will receive the 30-minute microdermabrasion, which micro-harnesses the nanopower of wee crystals to abrade wrinkles, blemishes, light scarring, dead skin, roughness, and facegnomes away, leaving your skin polished and healthy-looking. After a cleansing wash, a technician passes the magic wand over the skin, blasting away the top layer of dead skin and then vacuuming it up. Next, you’ll receive a soothing facial massage to stimulate circulation, followed by a hydrating mask and sunscreen application, completing the regimen and leaving your frontal head rosy and renewed. First off, the doctor didn’t perform the services. I never saw her. Second, they refused to do the facial part of the treatment, saying it wasn’t included. WHAT? It says RIGHTONTHEGROUPONPAGE that it’s included in the package. They wanted an extra $ 30 to do it. RIPOFF! That would bring the treatment back up to the full price. Yesterday, Dr. Subnani had another Groupon offer. You know how you can make comments on the offer page? Well, a comment was posted that basically said«wow I just bought the $ 99 facial package I am so excited!» And whose name was next to it? Dr. Subnani. Somehow the moronic doctor didn’t realize her name would be posted up. Not professional at all. Don’t waste your time or money.
