I popped in for two items on my way to the holiday party. It seemed pretty dead, considering it was almost 3 on a Wednesday should not have expected anything else :)
I was offered some help and that made my trip a little quicker. I wasnt there very long but overall it felt like a standard Depot…

Daniel was a great help for information on the products for our new bathroom. He never said «it’s not my department «like a lot of helpers do. He also took us to Katheryn in the designer department who really put it tpgather. She was also awsome. I love HD. One stop for all our DYI projects.

Awesome Home Depot store with reasonable prices. Electrical, plumbing, lighting, plant, outside indoor furniture, etc.
Accepts Lowe’s coupons for discounts. Has great deals on things going on Black Friday. Bought two faucets for only $ 20 each. Spent a fortune here, but products are great quality and if anything, you can return them with a receipt anytime. Customer service is great. You get approached as soon as you come into the store.
We did have some discrepancies with install of the laminate flooring which we picked out and paid for, but after the inspection laminate people told us that we were not able to install it since the flooring needs a lot of leveling done. Too bad that we had to wait for two months for us to know that the laminate flooring wasn’t good to go. After resolving this issue with corporate and the store manager Marty, we were offered a compensation via gift card. Of course that wasn’t enough to cover the lost cost that we had. It was a very stressful, frustrating experience, dealing with phone calls every day and explaining what happened to others. Unfortunately, Home Depot did not exceed our expectations working with third-​party companies and making sure there’s a better communication between the third-​party and Home Depot for customers like us. That was a reason I gave 2 stars and only. No one should experience thus especially after $ 3000 was spent on flooring.
The store itself is very nice and full of great workers workers.

Was in here twice this past week, and on my 2^nd visit was to process a return.
A young man (Lathia) saw me standing 2^nd in line, physically jumped into action, thanked me for patiently waiting & processed a hassle return of 3 items in mere moments, he was very POLITE & KIND
So much so, that I called the manager from the parking lot to thank him for his good employees.

I absolutely love this store! The atmosphere is extremely inviting and the traditional style of the store keeps me coming back! Complimentary popcorn on Saturday mornings is one of the greatest business moves.
Yes I said it! It’s only popcorn right? Wrong! It’s tastes so much better when it’s FREE and keeps the shoppers excited to come back Every time they need something. Depot dogs and popcorn keep my excuses fresh for Saturday mornings. The Home Depot has everything you need and more. Garden supplies, wood, machinery everything anyone could ever need. They’re also very up to date on new tools and machines. There have been a few times where I’ve gone to Walmart or Meijer and been disappointed (more so Walmart) and taken a ride to the Home Depot with success finding exactly what I’ve needed and in many different options to choose from. The Home Depot is the best!

Great service! I rent a carpet cleaner every 3 months, and the team in the rental department get me in & out within 5 minutes every time… thanks!

I love shopping at places like this, it makes me want to strap on a tool belt and put an addition on to someone’s house, plant a garden and do an extreme home makeover. So far I’ve been coming in here with my mom because she just bought a house, and needed some help picking stuff out for it.
After walking the store and hitting almost every department, I found what I needed today. I was here at like 8 AM for some bathroom supplies, primarily a faucet and a toilet paper holder. Funny enough, their faucets are much better then Lowe’s, and their prices are substantially cheaper. We tried to get the same faucet at Lowe’s and they didn’t carry it, and tried to sell us a similar one for $ 100 more. Came back here and got an awesome delta waterfall faucet for $ 118 dollars. At lowes? Similar one for $ 221. UM NO. Home depot it is.
The staff here is reasonably helpful, but at times its hard to get someone at any given time, peak or no peak. The first time I was here my mom and I were looking at vanities and I had to stand in the vanity isle and call the store, while IN THE STORE to request someone to come back and help us answer questions and get measurements. Some of the items didn’t have tags on the shelf, let alone dimensions. Bummer!
Depending on what your looking for, you can get what you need here. If you have time to shop around, check lowes as well, but you can get everything you need here. Great hours, plenty of stock and competitively priced.
