This salon is fabulous! Jake is a breath of fresh air, very friendly, and incredibly talented. He listens to exactly what the client wants and more than delivers. This is a clean, modern salon with consistent stylists. I would definitely go back!

I loved what Quinn did to my dry, damaged hair. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and went above and beyond to make me happy. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there and really appreciated the effort she made to explain everything she was doing and the advise she gave me for styling at home. I would highly recommend this salon!!!

After moving to Troy a couple of years ago and trying a few salon’s in the area and not finding a colorist that «got» what I had been trying to *at home, and failing* achieve. I found on Unilocal Q salon and emailed for an appointment with a color specialist. They responded very quickly, and set me up with Josie. I came in and the salon is clean, cutely decorated, met Josie and discussed what I had been trying to achieve. She not only nailed everything I was saying but came up with the most beautiful color for me! To say I was happy would be an understatement! I have had so many compliments. I would so recommended this salon, and of course Josie! She is amazing and listened and I can’t say enough great things about this salon!

As a Chinese, I always had concerns about getting haircut in US because it seems our hair type and hair style are different and some of my Chinese friends didn’t have great experience at some of salons. I changed my opinion totally after I met Quinn, she is professional and creative. Every single I get a new haircut, I get a lot of comments and now my fiancé got hooked as well. Highly recommend to everyone, they use great organic product and they will take care of you.

What a great atmosphere, and friendly staff! Everyone from the front desk to the hairstylists and massage therapists will greet you and make you feel very welcome. The services are excellent and they are very timely with your appointments. A real relief!
