Better then your average Jets. Love this place. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Never once have I ever had bad service, or a mistake with my food. I recommend this place to anyone.

Not so much a case of bad customer service — just incompetence. We placed a large order for a church function days in advance and even followed up a few hours before the intended delivery to confirm.
Pizza was delivered over an hour late and they claim we called in and changed the order. There’s no way we would’ve done that. They dropped the ball and refuse to admit it.
Staff were polite and apologetic and the pizza was decent when it was finally delivered. Nevertheless, we won’t be using Jet’s again.

Ferndale, MI
This is my favorite place carry out pizza place. The ingredients are always fresh, he food is always ready when I get there and the staff is very friendly. Get the flavored crust if you order round, and a side of ranch to dip it in. Their ranch is made in store and is GREAT.
A word of warning: check your wings before you leave. I usually end up with bone-​in wings when I order the boneless. I guess they are having a problem with the button, but the manager says they are working to fix it.
