Wow! Finally, after several complaints, they’ve hired a new manager and staff at this location! Brandy and Ellen are wonderful! I knew the moment I walked in that something had changed recently because they actually said hello and were friendly. Thanks District Manager for FINAlly getting rid of the bad and bringing in fresh air!

I agree with Kelly, I have shopped at this Ann Taylor in Rochester Hills a number of times, and today will be my last! I will go to Somerset Mall in Troy or shop online. The only reason I will go to the Rochester store will be to return mechandise. The employees are very rude, and you are right, even the manager was rude. Kelly wrote her review in 2013 and things have not changed. I was treated badly, and all I wanted was a price adjustment for cropped pants that I bought 2 days ago, and I bought 2 more pairs of cropped pants and walking shorts!
