My wife had a membership that billed our credit card monthly. That credit card was compromised so we got a new one with a new number. she provided the new info to them immediately and they billed her on the new one. problem is, they were still trying to charge the old one as well and because of this, charged a $ 29 fee on the new one. she was talked to rudely on the phone and was told they could not reimburse the fee as it was the fee from the credit card processor. the owner ended up calling back and used a demeaning tone saying«I can’t believe you are this upset over 29.00». what a horrible thing to say as an owner to your customer! unacceptable !!! we will not do business here ever again and will make sure to let all of our family, friends, and coworkers know as well.

I’m very disappointed. At first I was very excited about their packages and discounts to club members, I signed up for the platinum package @ $ 50 a month so that I could use their bronzer beds. It went well at first, then I started to notice how poorly the beds are maintained. I went to bed #6(bronzer) three times one week and each time the same bulbs were out-even the facial tanners. I requested bed #1 the next visit and it was even worse! Their stand up and level II beds are very outdated. I look forward to my initial term ending so that I can cancel my membership. I will try other locations in the mean time but it will not be convenient for me. I don’t want to pay $ 50 a month for poor equipment. I’m so sad though because I really liked them & it has such potential! :(

I got a spray tan at Anytime and was very impressed with the way it turned out! Given that it was a booth with machine doing it instead an actual person, I was really worried. But I’m very pleasantly surprised with how natural looks!
