When I called Orkin about my yellow jacket problem, they promised that someone would be out between 1:00 — 5:00. No one showed up and they never called, so the next day I called Siani instead. They gave me a specific time, not a 4 hour window. The technician was actually 5 minutes early. Ryan was extremely professional and treated the nest multiple times from both inside and outside the house. My yellow jacket problem has been eliminated and their price was less that what Orkin quoted me. Professional, prompt and reasonably priced, I would recommend their service to anyone!

I DO have complaints about their service. Siani is totally incompetent. After three treatments and continued bites, we called in another company, who immediately found bedbugs on the wooden slats under the box spring. Siani’s previous two treatments had not gotten rid of them, and it seems they didn’t even check before they did the third treatment. An appalling company.
