This corn maze($ 8 for age 6 and up, free for 5 and under) was very long and relatively difficult to navigate and was a little too long for a senior and child that were with us. There were 6 numbered questions throughout the maze that helped you find your way if you answered questions correctly. Luckily if you answered incorrectly, the wrong path usually quickly ended up in a dead-end so you knew which way to go, but there were a lot of twists and turns between markers so we did do a lot of backtracking. It took us a little over an hour and was fun(as corn mazes go) but it would have been nice to have additional help(if wanted) like a map with the markers shown or a map placed here and there in the maze with ideolocators(«You are here» symbols) for those of us who wanted a little more assistance through the maze.(Especially with a senior and 4 year old who were getting tired and didn’t want to keep backtracking.) It got dark while we were in the maze and in the play areas there was barely any light. Luckily we brought flashlights, additional lighting would have been helpful. The fires set up so you could cook your own(purchased) hot dogs and marshmallows.($ 1 per hot dog, $ 1 for a baggie of about 8 – 10 marshmallows, also some drinks, chips, etc) There was a slingshot for gourds you could play for $ 1/gourd or 6 for $ 5, hay bales to climb with slides and a large sandbox type section with dry corn kernels for the kids to dig and play in. We had a decent time, but I think we would have enjoyed it more if we could navigate the maze better(or had a smaller version available) and if we could have seen better outside of the maze area(or in the maze area for that matter) when it got dark.
