Roanoke Nails

I love this place. I go to Adele and she is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience every single time has been awesome and I’ve been going there for over a year exclusively The owner is a joy and the other ladies are also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my closest friends and family

When I first walked it it was a nice little spot, haven’t been here before so I thought I would give it a try. I wanted coffin shape acrylics & my mom got a French gel manicure. I didn’t get coffin shape, she cut them squared, & after 3 days it looked like I needed a fill & the manicure was peeling off, we went back & they fixed the manicure (after waiting about 40 mins) but they insisted my nails looked fine & they didn’t need to get fixed. Very bad customer service.

Came on a Saturday. It was quite busy. Got us in fairly quickly. However the lady that did my feet acted rushed. And even clipped my toe nail too short and made it bleed. OUCH! We won’t go back there.

Great little shop in the middle of a busy area. I showed up around 3 on a Tuesday and Lynn (sp?) did my pedicure. Very nice & friendly. Great job! I plan on coming back soon & often!

The worst eyebrow wax I’ve ever had. I asked her to clean up and that’s all. She nearly took half of my eyebrow off. I will never come back. Awful.

Tracy serviced Me… She’s a Sweetheart… everyone was Friendly and the Price was reasonable… I took a Star off because I got my eyebrows waxed and they didnt come out the way I wanted

Extremely dissatisfied with this place! Ive been to Roanoke nails in the past, and never had a bad experience until now. My nails were not done right the first time or second time when I had to come back. After the second time, When I explained to the woman that they still were not right, another woman started yelling at me rudely. She said if I wanted a refund, for her to take them off. She continued to yell at me when I just wanted the issue the correct way. The whole experience was uncomfortable and embarrassing. I asked for a refund in the end, and told them they could just take my nails off. Then they told me they couldnt refund my money. I will never come back to Roanoke nails. As far as Im concerned, they are shady and dishonest; and have horrible customer service.

After reading the good reviews, went this morning to get gel done. Price was cheap but so is the look of my nails now. Now I know why the lights weren’t on in this place. I didn’t really know what they looked like until I got home. Shouldn’t have left without fully checking them. My mistake, won’t be back.

Nice spa chairs; relaxing pedicure. Ask for Tracy and the best day is to go on Monday. Walked right in no waiting.

Have been going to Gina at Roanoke Nails for years now. She does a great job, is very reasonable and sometimes when I go abroad, my nails can last up to 6 weeks until they need a fill!
