My family has been using 6 Day Dental and their smile plan for the last two years. We are very pleased with the service and the pricing we have received. The staff is very friendly and professional and make us feel very welcome when we have an appointment. My daughter had braces and all the follow up done here and we are very pleased with the results. If you are looking for good service, reasonable prices and a staff that appreciates their customers then give 6 Day Dental a call.

I want to give this establishment higher ratings (they did a great job with my son’s braces) but my personal experience has been less than spectacular.
In 2011, I received a crown from the Roanoke office. In May 2013, while flossing, the crown popped off. I snapped the crown back onto my tooth and called the office as soon as they opened. Now, I was under the impression that a crown was meant to last longer than a year and a half. I was hopeful the office would agree and cover the replacement. Unfortunately, i was not extended a warranty because I had not seen them for a cleaning every 6 months since the original crown was installed. (I’d lost my job and health insurance and was a full-​time doctorate student.) Still, the crown needed to be replaced. During my consultation with the dentist, I asked her if routine cleanings would have predicted/​prevented my crown from coming off. She answered «no» (which made the whole reason the warranty coverage was denied a bit tougher to swallow) and fitted me for a new crown. A hefty fee later (I wanna say it was in the realm of $ 600-​$ 800), I was sent home with a new and improved crown.
Today, December 18, 2014, while eating dried cranberries, my crown again popped off. Again, I was able to snap it into place. I will not be calling this office again. Clearly, the quality of work is poor. Additionally, since I’m still an uninsured student, I’m certain that no consideration will be given to covering said poor quality of work.
Yes, the office is fun and geared towards kids. Sure, the office staff is mostly friendly. And yes, the hours of operation are pretty convenient. I still recommend you seek a dedicated DDS. One who is patient oriented and takes pride in delivering a high quality of work.

My children have been going to 6 day dental for 8 years and they are 13 and 14. They have their cleanings twice a year and any needed treatment taken care of. The hygienist is so caring, friendly and goes out of her way to make it a great experience. They take their time to explain everything and work with the patient’s preferences. The doctors are thorough, you never feel rushed and the appointments are always on time. I love the flexibility of going to multiple office that fit our schedule. They always explain the treatment plan ahead of time and Blake and Beatriz are very professional. Dr Yousuf is very knowledgable, does quality work and is up to date on the latest procedures. I would confidently recommend 6 day to any friends and family. The office is clean, high tech yet cozy. We have been satisfied!

Hang on to your wallet very tightly, seems like whether or not you have insurance, you will owe more after the work is done, twice I went to this location. Twice the «clerk» entered my insurance and twice I got billed for additional a week later. I dont know why they cant get the numbers right, unless.
They are quick to point out that everything they do is quaranteed, thank goodness, my second trip was to fix what they did the first time.
6 day, hardly. I pulled a crown loose on a Friday mid morning, I thought no problem, Ill call 6 day. No one available on Friday afternoon, Nobody available on Saturday to do a reset on the crown. The answer I got was call next week and we will try to work you in.
I called a local 4 day dentist and had the crown done Sat afternoon.
