Very pleased with the experience. From office set up, to friendliness of staff, to knowledge from all staff and technology deployed. Have been going somewhere else and this experience was by far ten times better than my previous one.

We recently moved to Trophy Club and we were looking for a dentist in the area. We were referred to Dr. Crumpton’s office. My husband and two children went to him at the same time. Very disappointed in Dr. Crumpton’s work and the office staff. The feeling I got after leaving the office was they wanted to get as much money from you as they could all at one time. About a year prior to going to Dr. Crumpton’s office, our daughter went to the dentist and had no cavities, but after her visit with Dr. Crumpton she was diagnosed with 9 cavities. We didn’t question it so we went ahead and had 5 out of the 9 done in one day. Originally they insisted to do all 9 in an hour and a half and I refused letting them know this is too many cavities to fill in one sitting. The front office got very agitated and kept trying to push to do all the fillings in one day. Well, I am really glad I didn’t allow Dr. Crumpton to fill all her cavities at once because she is having problems with several of the teeth he filled. I wouldn’t have thought anything of this because I understand this can happen, but we also brought our son there too.
Our son also was diagnosed with a lot of cavities, they wanted to do all of them in one sitting, I didn’t allow them to fill all the cavities, they got agitated, and he is having problems with several of the teeth Dr. Crumpton filled.
It gets better, my husband went there too. Luckily he was only diagnosed with one cavity but they said he needed deep cleaning. During the same visit as his deep cleaning, Dr. Crumpton filled the one cavity — well, the one tooth Dr. Crumpton filled for my husband, is now very sensitive and he is unable to bite down on anything with that tooth, and after going back to Dr. Crumpton to have him fix the tooth it is still not fixed. (Dr. Crumpton wasn’t there so an assistant stated the tooth wasn’t filed down enough and she tried filing it down and smoothing the tooth.) Well, $ 4,000 later and we still need someone to fix our daughter’s, son’s and my husband’s teeth which are causing them problems.
When I questioned some of the billing, the billing person got rude and under her breath but purposely loud enough for me to hear let her colleagues know what I was questioning. I asked if she could e-​mail me the itemized bill for each person and she rudely said yes. I never got the itemized bills, so I went in and asked the receptionist for the billing and the billing person printed them out and handed to me without looking at me or acknowledging me.
This is too bad, from the appearance of the office when we walked in we expected soo much more.

While everyone in the office is very nice, I was extremely disappointed in how money driven they are. After only having ONE cavity my entire life, attending regular cleaning every six months, and having no cavities my last dentist trip (at Trophy Dental), they try to tell me that I now, all of a sudden, have TEN. Very skeptical, I decided to have a second opinion and took my x-​rays to another dentist only to be told that I have ONE, very tiny, cavity and a few «watch spots» that are capable of being reversed with hyper hygiene. I wish Crumpton would have given me that sound advice rather than trying to take nearly $ 3,000 out of my pocket. David Crumpton DDS wanted to charge me nearly $ 300 out of pocket PER CAVITY fill where as the second opinion dentist I went to is charging under $ 80. The interior of the office of David Crumpton is very nice, so at least you know where your money is going…
