Marco’s Pizza

I’m becoming increasingly less satisfied with this particular location. We ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico on Sunday night. This pizza has two different types of pepperoni and usually makes our monthly order. Typically it does not disappoint! We added mushrooms to it this time.
While the pizza did arrive at our door faster than the stated delivery time and was hot, the toppings looked as though they’d just been tossed on top.
Like literally tossed on there from across the room or something. The mushrooms appeared to come directly from a can and weren’t cooked in any way. Those and the pepperoni were mostly all to one side, kind of piled up with other spaces without toppings. The cheese was evenly distributed, so it’s not like the whole pizza got tossed around.
Little things like this make me want to take my business elsewhere.
Last night we called again and they said that delivery would take 1.5 hours… That long to wait for a mediocre product? No thank you. We called Mellow Mushroom and picked up our pizza in 25 minutes.

I’m forced to give a star on this place, but I wouldn’t give them any.
So I decided to try this place out for lunch. As I’m getting ready to walk into the shop, I see an employee screaming at a woman, saying «Fuck off you cunt», & the woman yelled back «I’ll never eat here again.»
The woman was clearly a disgruntled customer. The employee was wearing a buttoned down shirt, which means she was a manager, or at least thats how it worked for me when I was in customer service.
Now I don’t care where you come from, you never speak to a customer like that, even if they’re being a dick. It is unprofessional & speaks waves about how you run your business.
So I won’t be eating here ever. I’ll take my business to a Taco Bell or McDonald’s.

Delicious pizza! I always ordered Papa Johns but decided to try something new. This is definitely my new pizza place! Online ordering was easy and delivery was right on time.

I’ve ordered at Marcos pizzerias before using the EClub weekend deals and this particular location would not accept them?! They don’t work with their own franchiser, so I don’t trust this location and won’t be ordering at this one anymore.

Pizza was good, service good, all and all not a bad experience, if you happen to have one close by, definitely can’t go wrong

Pizza was amazing. Love the taste. My only issue is that the pizza wasn’t cut completely thru.

Marco’s is one of the few remaining pizza restaurants that don’t give the delivery charge to the driver. How do they justify keeping the delivery charge while their drivers survive on tips?
