I love coming here to see Aubree for my gel mani and spa pedicure. She is so good. Very patient and takes her time. I am diabetic and I am leery of going to places that are not clean and here, they are clean. I don’t mind that I have to pay a little extra than I would at a regular nail salon because the customer service can’t be beat. And how gentle she is to my feet and hands! Usually spend about $ 90 without tip but again, worth every penny. It’s every 3 weeks so $ 90 a month if you think about is not bad at all. Try Aubree out, you will not be disappointed!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I go about every 3 – 6 weeks for a facial by miss Daniella! She is the best! She recently added a pumpkin peel and I swear my skin has never looked so smooth and so fresh. Really the best way I could describe it was brand new! I will never go anywhere else for my salon and spa needs. This place is so nice, welcoming and relaxing! Thank you Daniella!

Daniella is a horrible aesthetician. DO NOT get you’re eyebrows done by her. She will totally ruin your face. My eyebrows were thick and close together. Then when I left my eyebrows were thin and far apart. I’m very unsatisfied! My eyebrows look like a 5 year old did them. I’m so sorry to say this but I feel very disappointed. You’re better off going to a Chinese lady !

I went to Vanessa the first time a little over a year ago based on another stylist’s recommendation because I have extremely curly hair. I wanted to put in bead in hair extensions but on a modest budget. Vanessa really worked with me to give me what I wanted for what I could afford. I wanted to transition out of an ombré as well so she touched up my cut and color in a way that was so natural that it grew out perfectly. Not only that, but she was one of the first stylist I actually trusted through every step because she explains the process she is doing, why she is doing it, and the costs up front. She also told me when she thought something I wanted wouldn’t look right which I really loved. Vanessa was honest, helpful, sweet, and someone who worked within my budget. I left the salon feeling great and getting a bunch of compliments. Will return for sure.

— my niece treated me to a facial, hair styling and make up for a day of pampering. I started with the facial by Jen who did such a wonderful job I was so totally relaxed. She started by wrapping my feet with warm towels and told me stress starts in the feet. Boy was she right. She gave me my choice of scented oils which helped open up my sinuses and relieved my headache. Afterwards Vanessa did my hair and make up. She has beauty tricks that I didn’t even know after my 58 years of life. I looked like I was half of my age when they were finished. I highly recommend Victorian Spa for all of your personal needs. They have everything you can imagine to be able to feel pampered, renewed and refreshed. You absolutely get what you pay for. They do not skimp and are very attentive to each and every client. The owners as well as the staff make you feel individual and important. Going later in the week to get my pedicure and a manicure done. I have already recommended new client to them who are in search of a good experience.

I have recently relocated to the Riverside area from Boston. I was in desperate need of a haircut and a change. I went to my trusty Unilocal app to find a salon that people loved. After reading some of the reviews I found the Victorian salon and day spa. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by my stylist Jocelyn. She was so warm and friendly. She gave me a tour of the whole salon which was something that I have never experienced before. I knew at that moment I would return to this salon. Jocelyn was amazing and so attentive. She explained everything she was doing and not in a way that came across and uppity but rather more helpful. She was so great. I can not speak highly enough about how much I enjoyed my experience. I got a deep conditioning treatment, an incredible hand massage and a wonderful haircut.
I highly highly recommend Jocelyn and this salon!!! I will definitely be returning again!!!

I visited the Victorian Salon yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed! I received a highlight, cut and style by Alexandra. She was very sweet and did a fantastic job! I even got a wonderful hand massage while my hair was being washed. I would highly recommend this place for an afternoon of pampering. I will be coming back soon! Beautiful salon :)

Awesome salon! Been coming in for haircuts over the last few years. Each stylist has been greatly attentive. The salon itself has always been visually appealing.
I went in last week for my first ever massage. The appointment with Marylou exceed my expectations. I walked in pretty stressed out and left feeling 300% better. I explained to Marylou that it was my first time getting a professional massage and was unsure which type I should go with. She explained that she would customize the 90 mins to fit my individual needs. I let her know which areas needed most attention, which she made sure to address. She started off massaging my face then moved into arms and down to my feet/​legs which felt truly amazing. I highly recommend this salon and spa to all my family and friends. A true gem, which is hard to find.

Came here about a month ago to get my hair done by Vanessa via a recommendation. Was just getting a trim and evening out my color. She was super sweet and careful not to cut too much off my ends for me. The color wasn’t exactly what I asked for or how the pictures I showed her looked which was the initial bummer because my hair ended up looking a little streaky /​early 2000’s striped highlights. But, when she colored my hair she used bleach without my knowledge. It was left on too long and I have a lot of breakage because of it. The first few times my hair got wet I had bleached pieces towards the front, where she started, disintegrating. Now my bangs and throughout my hair are very broken and short which takes a long time to grow out. I figure she must have seen the damage while she was washing/​blow drying/​styling my hair but said nothing. Sad to pay $ 152 for a trim and a few foils to come out sad and regretful for the next few months.

Sandra was very friendly, knowledgable, skilled, helpful, and welcoming. Hair color, cut, blow out, all very professionally done in an upscale atmosphere with pampering such as being offered water or coffee to drink. Very accommodating. A very pleasant experience. I will definitely come back here for haircare and will try out their custom airbrush tanning.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here, on and off for years. I always get a wonderful haircut. It’s also such a lovely and very comfortable salon.

I loved how I felt when I left! Would definitely recommend!
The only thing I didn’t quite know was the pricing on everything until I was finished. They don’t have prices posted or written down which it does look better and less tacky but it would have been nice to see a pamphlet with pricing. I’m sure I could have asked up front for everything but I was kind of embarrassed to ask in front of everyone there. So when I did receive my $ 200+ bill I was not completely surprised because I knew the place I was at would be pricy but I was still not quite prepared. And after a $ 30 product purchase I still had to leave a tip so my total bill was around $ 265.
And I was a little bummed they didn’t offer a military discount. Which I know not everyone does but I was spending a lot of money to get all dolled up to welcome my husband back from his 9 month military deployment.

Came back for another cut and color by Britain! She always does such a great job!!! This stylist really listens to what you want and cares about your satisfaction. She even took the time to teach me a new hair styling technique I had been wanting to learn. I would definitely recommend her!

I came in to get a blow dry and style and a pedicure for a fun night out. Aubrey was available to help me and Im so glad she was! She was super at tentative and made my hair look amazing! My pedicure was very relaxing and felt so good! She recommended a good polish and I love my toes. I will definitely be back to see her and am looking forward to more services from her.

I came in wanting to get rid of my dead ends and getting some re-​layering done. Jessica was very thorough and helpful in her consultation giving ideas and opinions of what would look best for my hair. Overall, the experience was very relaxing and the cut and style was definitely what I had wanted if not more. Although, they’re a bit on the pricey side, I don’t think I can settle for anything less. I will definitely be returning for future cuts.

I stumbled in here around 6 months ago thanks to a Unilocal recommendation, and could not be more happy!
I go to Jessica, and she is amazing! Not only is she extremely talented, but she is super funny (or she just laughs at my jokes) and is very easy to talk to!
She has transformed my hair! I never was the type to go to regularly to a hair salon, but she has made the case for me to come back!
I get highlights, a cut, and base coloring… I just went in today and got some blue streaks put in as well to mix things up!
Everyone at the salon has been super helpful and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I have ideas to check out the spa one day!

My experience coming here has been great a very nice place and very relaxing to spend a day of pampering. I come for color, hair cuts and styles and Delilah is my hair miracle person she has years of experience and listens to your needs. She is very careful if you have concerns about your hair. Personally I’ve had drastic hair loss and she has been a gem in helping me and advising on how to do my part to get my hair regrowth back. I would recommend her immensely this lady has a great personality and very attentive to all your hair needs.

This places is amazing I’ve been looking for a new and good hair dresser for a long time and I found the best by far hair dresser Rosanna .she gave me what I wanted and more. She fixed the mess that the last person did .and know Am in love with my hair. She got me ready for fashion week in New York one of the most important weeks in my Life. Karina is very knowledgeable about hair color/​cuts and keeps up with the latest hairstyle trends. I have followed her from a different salon and I’ve been going to her for about 3 years now. I would never let anyone else touch my hair except Karina. She will do exactly what you desire for your hair color and she’s not «scissor happy» (when a hairstylist cuts all your hair off). She’s doesn’t talk you out of what you want to do to your hair she gets excited for the challenge and goes for it. She loves her job and I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a new and hip hairstylist, I promise you will have no regrets!

I came to use a gift card. Always greeted very friendly by the staff. I had a manicure appointment and was seen promptly. My manicurist took her time and made my nails look amazing. I just wished that there was a hand massage along with the service for $ 35.00.
Either way I come for my nails and I got great nails.
