Starbucks

Very friendly staff. I come here every Wednesday to study before my niece gets out of school. By that time it gets packed in here but the staff always handles it with focus and respect. I love this location.

Don’t ever tell me «Don’t EVER»…
How bout THIS, don’t ever walk away from a customer until you’re sure their order is complete. I need a sleeve for my cup which you failed to provide. So yes I reached over to grab one after you walked away. So think about that next time you say don’t EVER reach over my counter…
WHO EVEN TALKS LIKE THAT WHILE THEY ARE AT WORK… TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!

I arrived here at 8:30 and the place was pretty quiet. They were all out of bagels and the crew here was probably he least friendly I’ve ever met. A gentleman walked up to the pick up counter and said excuse me to one of the baristas and she turned around and said «what?» (he was just letting her know the half and half was out)
Considering there were only 3 people in front of me, my drink took 10 minutes to be completed. I heard someone else pick up their drink and be told they were out of something else
I don’t live in this area, but the next time I’m out this way I will not be stopping at THIS Starbucks.

This is my local Starbucks! I come here at least 4 – 5 days a week for my large cup of coffee (I really hate how they name their sizes and can never remember which size is which so I just say small, medium and large). I don’t really order any of their fancy coffees, pastries or sandwiches. In my opinion, they are just too expensive for what you get. I love the Pike Place blend and Verona with no room for cream. I always order coffee the way I like my women: strong, dark and bitter (J/​K, lol). Many people think that the coffee is too strong here but, a wise man once told me: «There’s no such thing as strong coffee, just weak people…»
This place keeps me functional on work days so I have to give them 5 stars. All the workers are super friendly and always greet me with a smile.
Starbucks should be treated like church, there are many around but just go to the one around the corner from your house. You won’t ever be disappointed. Cheers!

The WORST pumpkin spice latte I have ever received. They put tons of Nutmeg on it and were too light on the flavoring. ALSO they fill it less than ¾ full— completely shortchanged. For $ 4.95 I should get a damn good latte. I would go back but the line in drive thru is freaking ridiculous. Will NEVER go to this one again.

RUDE!!! I used the new App to order and apparently the default was set to «sweet» tea and I did not see that. When I tasted it, obviously it wasn’t what I was expecting. Took it to the girl and told her and she was SO RUDE I couldn’t believe it!!! I drink Starbucks daily at many locations and NEVER had this kind of experience. BOYCOTTING this location indefinitely.

I can’t really talk about the drink much since this is the first time I’ve tried their new orange cream drink. but it’s not something i would order again.
the place is pretty clean. not much people right now and i got here around 1:30pm, and still here (now 3:30pm). However, there might not be much people hanging out here for a reason— their WIFI sucks. i have no data and my phone works faster. I would have moved to a different starbucks if I weren’t being so cheap about gas (currently waiting on sister that has a meeting at King which ends at 4pm).
If you need a place to chill in, read a quiet book or something… then this is a decent place. but if you need a place to study and wifi is a must, look for another spot.

The girls that helped me on 6.12.15 in the afternoon are the coolest nice’s helpful individuals I have ever met. The location is a little hidden and they don’t have a drive through thus is the reason of the 4 stars instead of the 5, cleanliness and efficiency was perfect.

Out of the 5 Starbucks I visit in Riverside I’d rank this one number 3 only because it doesn’t have a drive-​thru. They get my drink order right every time and there’s never more than a five minute wait. They’ve also got outdoor seating which is relaxing because it’s next to some sort of wildlife preserve looking area and it overlooks Van Buren Blvd.

Love Starbucks and have a gold card. Happy to say this one very nice and clean. Quiet and comfortable place to sit and read.

I come to this starbucks regularly. This is the first time I have a complaint. The lady at the cash register was pretty rude. She did not make eye contact with me the whole time. She obviously did not want to be there. I normally have a great experience at this starbucks, sad that thus one girl could ruin the good in all the other employees.

I was out here for a funeral and my friend wanted some oatmeal so we popped in here. There was a long line and the place was packed! That’s always a good sign. We had ordered drinks at the Juice It Up next door, which were totally delicious but my friend bought a grilled cheese sandwich instead. That sandwich was perfect. She pulled it apart and the cheese oozes out and the bread perfectly toasted. Can you say yum? All of the pastries looked delish and they had a variety of oatmeals. It was a nice place as well. The servers were very pleasant. Kudos to this location.

I would have given this place a 5 star since it is my favorite location. However there are a few new faces that are rude. Epically the married young lady full figured with black hair and a green bow. I simply told her no room for cream in my coffee then she gets upset that I asked for milk at the counter. We’ll not everybody likes to have so much room for cream. That is why I ask for no milk. I don’t like my coffee drenched with milk. It’s like drinking milk and not coffee. If I wanted to drink milk I would have bought a carton of milk to drink at home. Yet she have to mean mug me just because I asked for milk at the counter. If I didn’t ask for the milk someone else would have asked for it because the milk container at the counter was already empty. Everyone else seems to have no issues with me asking for no room for cream. It’s what ever the customer wants, I just try to keep my order simple. Actually is it simple. But why get mad that I walk over to the counter to get some milk?

First time coming to this location and I have to say I got the best customer service I’ve ever recieved at any starbucks. The staff was very friendly and I could tell it was sincere, having worked customer service jobs myself. Highly recommend this location!

I love me some starbucks! the staff is nice and the place is clean. I like that they have soy as an alternative, but I do wish they also offered rice milk or almond milk.

I love this location, the staff is very friendly. Honestly, I’ve never had any real issues with any Starbucks, but this is the one closest to my house, so I visit it more than other stores. The other day, I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly (green tea frapp, had wayyyy too much green tea powder, it was almost as dark as the straw). I returned it 2 days later (full, kept it in my fridge) and they exchanged it without any issue. As long as I’m living in this area, I will be returning here.

One of the best Starbucks that I have been to… the only drawback is the lack of a drive-​thru

I’ve practically lived here the past couple months. My favorite Starbucks of all time! People usually just go in and out so there’s always tables open. I always sit at the huge table in the corner. A good place to study.
All the workers are very friendly. Today, the worker even brought my drink over to me at my table! They always keep the place clean.
I recently received my Starbucks gold card. Free refills on brewed coffee + tea = the best. Plus, free drinks every 15 stars you receive.
My current favorite drink of the moment: pumpkin spice crème frappuccino. It’s only around for the holidays so give it a try if you like pumpkin flavored things. Soo good.
