Starbucks

So pissed. Place my order, wait 15 mins and the dumbass forgets my order. Worse Starbucks.

Long, long, long waits. Expect the drive thru to take at least 30 minutes out of your day. Baristas are very friendly and make good quality beverages, but time is everything and a Starbucks shouldn’t deserve any more than 10 minutes of my time.

You know whats worse than a venti strawberry frappuccino that tastes like soap? Seeing ants in the store! I went there probably two nights ago and my frap tasted like soap. Strawberry shouldnt taste like soap. I didnt order strawberry-​soap-​accino with crawling of ants. There was probably like 6 people working and all of em ignored me til I let out a huge SIGH. Get your shit together guys. Clean your blenders better, work on your customer service and also GET RID OF THE ANTS!

Currently we are stuck in the drive-​through line at this Starbucks. We have been in line 20 minutes and have yet to place our order. The staff was kind, but I would not return to this Starbucks again.

Amazing service. Only 24 hours Drive-​Thru Service within the city. Perfect for the early mornings or late nights. Plus the commuter freeway makes it the perfect go-​to coffee fix.

I think customer service is one of the most important parts of running a successful business. I was in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. I got to the ordering window and no one said anything for about two minutes. I got to the window and everyone was joking, laughing, and not working.

I’ll never waste my time again going to this drive thru Starbucks. A 30 minute wait is unacceptable. Apparently this is a common complaint, so I don’t understand why they haven’t added staff to this location to keep up with the demand.

This Starbucks sucks. Every time I decide to come back and give them another chance I regret it. Have been trying to get a peppermint mocha and banana bread since 3:45am. It’s 4am. The guy working has NO sense of urgency and no customer skills. It will be a long time before I come back, if I ever do.

Being a huge Starbucks fan, this one has left me disappointed in more than one occasions.
First off, don’t go through the drive thru unless you have about 20 – 30 minutes to kill. If you’re in a hurry, just park and go inside, you’ll wait longer on the drive thru line.
There has been a few times that my order has come out wrong. Whether it’s missing sweetener or whip when I said no whip. There was one time I bought a gift card and ordered a drink. The girl completely forgot to put my order in and I ended up waiting 20 minutes because the order was never placed.
The people that work there are always nice, the major problem I have is that they mess things up quite a few times.

The slowest unfriendly get your order wrong Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I live up the street and I rarely come here bc the drive through is always a 30+ minute wreck and on the inside tables are never properly cleaned. Just drive down to Frederick st and get out the car for better service!

I really really pains me to write this one star review. Like really really pains me! I love Starbucks, and not only for their delicious drinks but for there friendly staff.
The other day I went thru the drive thru, what a mistake! The line did not look that long, maybe ten minute wait. It took a good 5 minutes just to order, then it took 30 minutes to receive our TWO DRINKS! 35+ minutes for a Starbucks drive thru is insane. But all that could have been forgotten if they didn’t mess up both drinks. My husband ordered a basic iced coffee with sweetener, there was no sweetener added, we didn’t know that until we drove away or else we could have simply added some. My order was a simple Grande Vanilla Latte with soy milk. I was handed a tall Almond latte?! I told them right away I didn’t think that was my drink because I ordered a grande (I hadn’t tasted it yet), they told me that’s what they charged me for… ok but not what I wanted. So they quickly made a new grande drink for me that didn’t have soy milk or vanilla. I’m lactose so for me soy milk is a must if I don’t want to get sick. We were now running extremely late for our appointment we had and didn’t have even more time to waste at Starbucks.
The staff was obviously overwhelmed and just couldn’t handle normal Starbucks traffic. If I go back to this location, I’ll make sure to go inside and taste my drink before leaving. Super disappointed in my experience here, best of luck to all those who brave the drive thru!

This is probably the nicest drive thru I’ve ever been in. The view is spectacular, especially at sunset. Oh, and the coffee and customer service was pleasant as well.

Got my regular «Chai latte (hot) & A Classic oatmeal this morning. Somehow my oatmeal opened and spilled all over my car mat. OMG! The staff is AMAZING! They came out and helped clean my mess! Gave me a new oatmeal and walked my drink out. You guys truly made my day.

Been here, what, about 5 times? Not a fan of the place. The baristas here don’t recognize you should you come often. Yes, it’s a drive thru location, but if there wasn’t l feel as though service speed wouldn’t change. Three times out of five the drive thru and the location itself wasn’t that busy– yet it was still awfully slow.
Just today l tried to order the reintroduced salted caramel mocha frappuchino– they gave me am entirely different drink with nothing to do with mocha, salt, caramel, or even coffee. It’s what, a strawberry shortcake?
I’m really disappointed with this location although l’m practically forced to come here as it’s a lot quicker to come here than the one in Frederick– l come to the neighboring Japanese place often.

I’ve been known to be difficult sometimes when it comes to customer service because I worked as a CSR for years and I have certain expectations. I know when I have had great service provided and I know when I’ve had the opposite and I have no problem acknowledging when I have had great service.
Most of the Starbucks in town provide great service, great food and great drinks. However, this Starbucks, on Day St., has been the worst since the first day I purchased something there. I don’t like using the word «always», but they ALWAYS get my drink order wrong. And when I ask them to correct the order they give me attitude for even asking.
My family and I often joke that maybe they just don’t like us and they know when it us ordering. But I highly doubt it.
Anyway, I suggest you avoid this Starbucks. There are others close by.

Calvin gets 5 stars I made a good choice to get down at Starbucks rather than the drive thru I revived such great service from Calvin thank you for giving me legendary service he was welcoming and helpful and friendly and the mango tea is delicious

I pity everyone that get stuck in that drive thru line. So slow! I’ve seen longer lines move much faster at other Bucks. This is my least favorite Starbucks

This Starbucks has a pretty good location right off the 60 freeway. Pretty crowded area so be careful! There is a drive-​thru, and it’s different than the traditional ones. It wraps around the part of the strip of stores, not just Starbucks. The entrance is next to Jamba.
I got in line with about 5 cars ahead of me, and the line moved pretty fast. Ordered my fave, the Americano and a croissant. Both were pretty good.
Service was fast and efficient. All in all, a pretty good Starbucks experience.
