Very unhygienic, dirty housekeeping for a place for drinks or food. Should never look like this. The service is good though. Just need to clean everything, including bathrooms

I come into this location often since I work at the gym next door. Everytime I come in here I leave with a smile on my face. The employees are friendly, quick and have the type of attitude someone working customer service should have ! Corny as it sounds I have came in here a couple of times after having a «bad day» and I leave with a smile on my face because they truly go above and beyond to please their customers. I always say it but best Starbucks location ! Good job guys !

This is Starbucks closer to my house I like the drinks and customers service but the place itself its dirty employees don’t clean the tables after one leaves the pitcher where they put the creamer is awful old and dirty floors are dirty and bathrooms are dirty I see how employees spend more of the time talking to each others instead of making the place clean

They all suck. Way overpriced for terrible customer service and generally filled with teenager employees who are more concerned with socializing then getting a drink right. I’ve had too many times to count that I watch them look directly at the ticket and still get the drink wrong. When you pay this much for a drink, it should be right, the first time.

Service was okay but having coffee grounds on my drink spoiled it for me.
Five people behind the counter and they can’t get it right plus I had to wait for a drip Pike Place.
I remember the days when you would get a complementary cup of coffee at Starbucks if the coffee needed to be brewed at the time you placed the order … well, not anymore.
It’s nice to be able to pay with your phone, access to free wifi, many options on food and knowing that employees education is taken care of but the customer experience for a basic product is deteriorating from what it used to be. What a shame!

I love the taste of a caramel macchiato when its done right. Unfortunately they are not tasting the same one store to the next. I wish Starbucks would spend some of my $ 4.95 to train their people to be more consistent.

Yes, recently they have served me good drinks and are friendly and fast. Definitely enjoy the atmosphere. Also, I saw a staff give another customer a sample of a new frappé and the sample was filled to the top on a tall size cup. Good job. Keep it up.

I agree PG. I love Starbucks coffee and their sweet treats, but this location does lack customer service. I ordered an easy coffee and the girl at the counter looked at me like she had no idea what I was ordering. Blonde Coffee — very easy!

We love our Starbucks no matter where we go! Though the coffee is always great here, this place lacks in customer service. The people there just aren’t as nice or friendly as other Starbucks. And believe me we’ve gone to plenty. We go to a Starbucks at least once a day!

Great service, drinks are made perfectly. Though the lines can be long, the staff always works quickly and it seems like a short line at other Starbucks. Only down side is no drive-​through, which would really be great for me bc I broke my leg and can’t carry drinks on my crutches :(

They close this location about ten minutes before the actual closing time. The last time I went was there was on Christmas day and they closed literally fifteen minutes before closing time. This I know because I saw them locking the doors after I got out of my car. Horrible supervisor, whoever was in charge that day is causing this location to lose customers and business because several other customers attempted to go in to buy coffee at the same time as well

I usually get my drinks in a timely manner, though I normally get simple things like plain coffee or ice tea so that probably has something to do with it.
The staff is friendly
My major gripe though is how few outlets there are here (only two). Not the best place to study for that reason.
I recommend you bring a surge protector with you

Gosh I’ve never been so disappointed with this Starbucks but they got the order COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered a raspberry pound cake and it was extremely hard, it felt so old and the icing on it was all smudged it was just a mess… Thumbs down guys.

I asked them to make me a chai latte with one pump of pumpkin to replace a pump of chai and they still charged me extra. Most Starbucks will charge me the same amount and I tried to explain that to the lady but she didn’t show any concern and said it would still be extra. My friend ordered the chocolate chai tea latte and that was horrible.
