I’ve never been here so the star isn’t for «in house» customer service, but I can’t even get «in» to review this place… I called Stevie and voicemail said to leave message but it was best to text… if possible… So I did both… Left a voicemail and texted her on October 3^rd. Today is the 17^th of October and no acknowledgment whatsoever, not to the «missed call» nor text message… All I wanted was an appointment! If shes not open for business anymore then someone should at least let us know THAT! But I found some place else now!

Loved loved loved my Brazilian! Stevie did such a good job! She uses «hard wax» and this was the first time I have ever experienced that but I absolutely loved it! She took her time and was very precise on making sure she got every hair. The only thing I was iffy about was when I went to make an appointment. She is not quick to respond so make sure you give yourself a leeway when making an appointment with her because she doesn’t always get back to you ASAP. Other than that, great service and if will be back as soon as summer starts!

I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax in October 2013. When I tried to make an appointment, Stevie advised me to make my appointment several weeks in advance. But as I’m sure everyone can appreciate, when it’s time to make my Brazilian appointment, waiting several weeks was not an option. I went elsewhere and didn’t rebook with Stevie in March. But my second attempt to book was a piece of cake!
The room I was in was pretty messy… my appointment was late in the day, so I might have just been the last customer in a busy day, but it did make me a little uncomfortable to start off. However, the Brazilian I had was awesome. She uses a wax that «solidifies», which was something I hadn’t experienced before. She explained the difference to me and even demonstrated on her arm so I could fully understand. It was MUCH less painful than a traditional Brazilian.
Stevie was friendly, and my Brazilian was great. The only complaint I have was the state of the room.

Tried a bunch of places in the area, all of them were either too expensive or didn’t do a good job. So glad I found Stevie! Great work, high quality products and fair prices… you can’t beat that.

The Brazilian wax I had WAS amazing and done perfectly to a T! Not a hair in sight. She even tweezes the left over hairs. The problem with her is the lack of communication. It took me 3+ weeks to contact and make an appointment with her. I nearly went somewhere else but I refused to pay another company when I already paid for my Groupon deal. She seems like she has a lot going on but there’s no excuse. Should not have left a tip for those reasons but my service was excellent.

i couldn’t tell you how great or amazing my facial was with Stevie… Seeing as how she never called or text me back to schedule an appointment… Her voicemail says to text her (so i assumed that would mean a faster response time… But no) i also called her twice… To no avail… It is now almost a week later and i have given up on her… i will know better next time to not purchase a Groupon by her!!!

Recommend for Brazilian waxing. It was hard to find a place with in my budget that does a wonderful job. After a bad experience with a previous place (see my reviews). Defiantly will be back to try other services!

I went in to get a chocolate and roses spa facial– it was incredible. Atmosphere was comfortable, Stevie was friendly, relaxing and professional. She answered all the questions I had about the products she was using and was extremely knowledgable about the different skin types and treatments for problem areas. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in the area looking for an hour to relax and unwind– haven’t felt this rejuvenated in ages.

Stevie’s facial was, without question, the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to many «high end» places that charge twice as much)! Relaxing hand and shoulder massage as well as parafin… I came out glowing and already planning my next visit.

Stevie does awesome work, I always go to Stevie for all my skin care needs. And online booking is a great touch.

Is very precise and at great prices. I always get compliments when she does my eyebrows. Facial waxing is quick and easy.

Exceptional service and comfort. Anybody, guy or girl that wants to have work done (waxing, skin care, etc.) should talk to Stevie before going anywhere else.
