Just a walk in and yet again I invade Jeremy’s time except this time it’s his lunch break. Already busy having different appointments not only do I feel bad but also I have a dumpster truck load of hair to make fresh and clean (4 months worth according to Unilocal) This time I ask for a 1 all around while keeping the top. These barbers ain’t one trick ponies like others and know how to use a pair of scissors too so don’t be scared to ask for more than a #. The cut is beyond my expectations and makes me look fresh just like last time.
Taking away his lunch break time but he spent a large investment of time on me, Jeremy is the man. And after all that, only $ 13, had to give him more than that man. Looking forward to the next one.

they are professional and very hospitable as well… everyone. and i mean EVERYONE gets greeted as soon as you walk in.
You can beat the haircuts. These barbers are definitely a crowd pleaser. Tight cuts, great fades… the edge ups are an artwork.

Overall it is a good barber shop. Making appointments is essential if you don’t want to wait. I didn’t make an appointment and it took almost three hours to see someone. It was understandable though, because there were a lot of people ahead of me. That’s not the reason I gave it four stars, however. I gave it four stars because my barber was a bit preoccupied watching football. He was a friendly guy and he made conversation which was awfully nice. He also did a wonderful job on my hair and I applaud the great detail he put into it. I just wish he did focus a little bit more on getting my hair done rather than the game on the big screen. Overall, it’s a wonderful place and I would recommend it to my friends who need a good cut, but I will definitely let them know to make an appointment so that they don’t have to wait.

Let me spew out the truth for ya’ll. With girls, they got tons of variety of make-​up, but us guys, all we got is our hair. So by that logic, we would want someone who knows what they’re doing to cut our hairs. Needless to say, these guys will cut your hair like you’re a VIP. Once you step into the barbershop, you’ll be greeted by the barbers with a warm welcome. I’ve only gotten my haircut from Jeremy and Albert and both of these guys have eyes for details. I got my haircut exactly how I wanted; clean and sexy af. If you do make the right choice and decide to get a haircut here, do yourself a favor and call for an appointment. Without an appointment, the wait could take up to 3 hours. With an appointment, you’ll have to pay a little extra but it’s definitely worth the few extra dough to cut the wait.

Shout out to Albert for keeping my haircut clean every time I come in. I recommend making an appointment because they tend to be busy.

One of the best places to get good quality haircuts near UCR. I am always greeted by the owner Jeremy upon entering into the door and informs the approximate wait time. Jeremy was the one who cut my hair the past few times, but all the other barbers are equally good at this barber shop. Jeremy asked what I wanted for my haircut and got to work right away. I usually get a simple fohawk so I am able to avoid having the need to fix my hair when I wake up. The quality of the cuts here are very good and the barbers pay close attention to detail. I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to getting haircuts. They are usually fairly busy when school is in session, as they pick up a lot of traffic from UCR students who live around campus. They do offer an option for an appointment on the other hand if you want to avoid the wait for a fee. The pricing here for their cuts are reasonably fair for a $ 10 regular cut when it comes to the quality and professional services you would receive. I would highly recommend this barbershop for those who live around the campus of UCR.

$ 15 for a fohawk fade, plus $ 2 for a lineup. Total plus tip is $ 20. Chris is a solid barber. Good people, great establishment. Will continue to come. Right next to UCR too, about a 10 minute walk from the dorms.
Reason the wait is so long is because these barbers take their time to make sure you’re getting your moneys worth.

Jeremy gave me a fresh cut with a skin fade and line. All together it only cost $ 15, the only downside is that this place has a long wait time (i went on a friday evening) and they only take cash.

This barbershop has excellent barbers who offer extreme diligence in their superb haircuts. Often they will dedicate half an hour or more on getting the perfect trim, more generous than they price they charge ($ 10 for a cut without a fade, $ 12 with). A bit of foresight, they only take cash. This is my go to place for great craftsman ship at affordable prices, I’d give this shop 6 stars if I could!

Came in for the first time on Friday afternoon and it was packed. But I knew they were pretty popular so I didn’t mind. After about 50 mins Q or something started on my cut.
He took his time and made sure the cut was clean which I really liked. The pricing was pretty decent as well.
The only reason for the 3 star is because after I got home I realized there was a cut where Q used a straight razor to give me the hard part for my comb over. It wasn’t a deep cut, cause if it had drawn blood I would’ve said something haha.
Besides the accident, it’s a pretty good barber if you don’t mind the wait.

Honestly, one of the best barber shops I’ve ever been to. It’s ridiculously cheap. They spend a lot of time on your haircut to make sure it looks goOooOoOoOd! I got a haircut from Jeremy. He’s honestly chill af and he knows how to give any haircut!!! I’m serious. All barbers put in a ridiculously amount of hard work! And it’s super cheap ($ 10-​$ 15). Make sure to get an appointment unless you down to wait about 1 – 2 hours! Make sure to bring cash too ~

This place is awful, the wait times are ridiculous, and you have to pay for an appointment. And you pay cash only, so I’m guessing you have to walk in to make an appointment, pay the fee, and then return. ???
We stopped by and A barber had told my boyfriend that he could wait next door, being that the lines were so long. It would take about 30 minutes to be seated. When he came back to check on his spot he realized they crossed him off the list and put like 5 people before him and told him he had to wait all over again. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. This is the third time he’s tried to get a cut here and every time there’s been some reason why he couldn’t.

This is my second time here. The first time was great, but this time… Horrible. I had an 11am appointment, and I’m writing this at 1140… The two available barbers are in the back, while myself and 3 other men are waiting in the lobby? The heck type of service is that? It’s 45 minutes over my appointment, and two out of the 3 barbers are in the back?!? Come on now…

I usually come here to cut my hair, and Jeremy does a great job, love his haircuts.
So I just came for another visit, checked in at 10:30am and they had five barbers working with 6 people in line in front of me. At 11:45 am, over an hour later, only three haircuts were done with five barbers working. I ended up leaving and now getting haircut at another barber shop as I’m writing this. It was painful to watch the barbers talking and joking around and taking their time as I was in a hurry.
5 stars for price and quality of haircut. 1 star loss for seemingly slow turnover and lack of mirrors.

Decided to check this place out because it was right next to my girlfriend’s place.
Pros:
1. These guys know how to do haircuts. They obviously specialize in fades, but they do it well.
2. Cheap. There are barber shops that are 20+ but this place is affordable (especially for college students)
3. Comfortable environment, they have multiple screens either showing boxing fights or music videos (they played a lot of Santana and Red Hot Chili Peppers)
Cons:
1. Extremely long wait. I went on a Friday afternoon which is their busiest time and I had to wait almost an hour and a half. If you call in earlier and schedule an appointment, it’s a little extra.
2. Cash only! There’s a liquor store near the area next to the car wash that can give you cash back.
I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s not their fault they’re popular. Definitely worth stopping by and being a regular if you’re near the area.

As good as it gets! I took baby to get his hair cut by Jeremy. Baby’s 1 ½ year old and he did really well. Jeremy was really patient and cut his hair pretty fast. Baby looks fly!
