I went in to get a two item plate. The young lady who was serving me, assumed I wanted orange chicken and put it on my plate. I did not want orange chicken. She then rolled her eyes and tossed it back into the hot container. I asked for mixed veggies and honey walnut shrimp. She gave me about 5 pieces of shrimp and a huge butt end of cabbage for my «mixed veggies,“and one broccoli. The entire time she was throwing mad shade. I got to the register to pay and make my order to-go. It came out to more than I was expecting. When I asked the cashier, she said honey walnut shrimp is $ 1.25 extra. I’m fine paying extra, but the young lady dishing out the items should have mentioned it. To top it all off, they didn’t even give me eating utensils/napkin for my to-go order. I want to say I’ll be returning to this Panda express because it is conveniently located by my school, but service was bad and food portions were a joke. I believe in good customer service(especially if the customer is being reasonable), but I guess this Panda Express does not.

I haven’t been to any Panda Express in quite a while. I stopped today and ordered orange chicken, Kung pao chicken by mistake and lo mein noodles. The orange chicken was so so. The noodles were thin, undercooked and cold. Tasted hours old. The Kung pao chicken was ridiculously hot as hell. Staff was nice but I won’t be returning.

For lunch today I ordered the Pacific Chili Shrimp and the Kung Pao Chicken with half rice, half chow mein. I was asked if I would mind waiting for the new batch of shrimp and so I did and was given a courtesy small drink. It was 12 noon and there were a few people in line but not too many, there was plenty of food. I was asked if I would like to try a sample, and the employees were helpful and pleasant throughout the line. if I complete the survey My receipt states I receive a free item. I am not sure why this place has so many bad reviews seems most are directed towards a manager by the name of Leslie. I hope I don’t have to encounter her bad customer service. I think people should order an extra side if it’s not enough food. I don’t understand why everything should be piled mountain high! I give this place a 5. Good food, good service and was fresh.

Talk about bad service. Lots of food item not ready so many people waiting around for orders to be filled. Staff was very confused and manager was useless. Waited 30 minutes for a spring roll the clerk said would take 5 minutes. I saw the egg roll started only when I asked what was the issue. Will not be back.

I now know my review is valid and needs to be taken seriously by the manager at this location along with her team of employees. Maybe corporate should take a good look at this location! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - I am a regular customer here and I’m sure that a few employees know me. I am also a very good paying customer, and I even tip!!! For fast food! Typically I come 3 to 4 times a month when I don’t feel like cooking for my family. I usually order the family meal, with a few small boxes of a few other choices and always other additionals usually totaling 70ish dollars. Lately I’m not happy with the customer service from a particular female manager, Leslie? along with a couple employees that used to honor my request but have not lately. My main issue is that I’m not happy with the food, but this could be easily rectified… read on… I always request my food be made fresh, I think I have that right when I’m spending this much! I hate eating hours old Chinese food. Anyways last night I requested my items fresh, like normal. In fact I’m sure they know me and how I like my food. I always give my order, and know I will be waiting about 7 – 10 minutes. No problem! So I was really irked when I waited 7 minutes for fresh food that was running low anyways and the manager dumps the last hours old food on top of the new fresh stuff that just came out, and then scoops the old food from the top of the fresh into my boxes. You didn’t trick me, I saw it!!! But was it really worth it? Was it really worth losing a customer that pays well? to give me the nasty crap that I specifically said I didn’t want. And then the manager gave a smile/smirk/chuckle when I spoke up and said why did you do that? I’ve been waiting for fresh food! This is not the first time, in fact the last 3 times I have had this issue. In fact the last time before last night the very tall female Asian employee gave me a slight attitude because of my request and kept telling me the food had not been sitting that long, when it was very obvious it had. Listen, I’m done coming here. This is too much money for me to spend so you can cut corners for something so stupid, and also because it’s rude making me feel like I am doing something wrong asking my family meal be made fresh. It’s not like I’m asking for a plate, this is a family meal up front they know it’s a large amount of food. Anyways ~ Here’s my issue. I may give you another chance because I like to have my night off of cooking to eat take out and not drive too far… But, Please give me the respect as a good paying regular customer and fix this issue. Here’s a tip: Listen to your customers, if we ask usually it’s important to us. Be nice to us, it makes us feel good and write good reviews. Give us good quality, we’re paying your bills! Go a little above and beyond, and we keep coming back for more!

Very horrible service the staff that takes care of the front counter for not being disrespectful, term it in a different words they are very stuck up no attention to costumers they did not even cut my teriyaki chicken it was just a big piece and she did not even hand my food to me she just left it on the counter for me to grab while I was going to pay this is not the first time this has happened it had also happened with the manager very disrespectful I will never come to this location again until the whole staff has been removed I’m very upset with this place

I am a frequent Panda Express costumer because my children love it. I went to UCR to pick my daughter and made a stop to this location and I think I should’ve just gone to a McDonalds because I am SURE they have a better costumer service than Leslie, the manager of the store. It looks like they need some costumer service training because the cashier threw my credit card on the table instead of handing it to me. They have the worse costumer service.

Manager is completely rude. The lady in front of me had to ask if she was gonna take her order because she just stood there awkwardly. Then I get up to order and can’t even hear what she’s saying so I preceded to tell her what I wanted and she looked so put out over me wanting half chow mien and half fried rice. I asked her how many entrees come in a bowl and she raised one finger, couldn’t even say it. I go to sit down and realize she didn’t even fill my bowl with food. Can’t believe she’s a manager.

OK… that’s it! I am dropping Panda’s rating back to one star from prior upgrade to three stars because they have not only NOT expanded vegetable/tofu offerings(despite my CONSISTENT feedback for over a DECADE) but also continue to ELIMINATE them! I had upgraded to three stars upon finding this ONEDISH in three locations but now(yesterday) found out that it was eliminated from the Moreno Valley location on Day Street. The staff told me that they have received MANY complaints from people coming there for that dish and that that the ONLY area location still serving Eggplant Tofu is served in REDLANDS. That leaves non-meat-eaters with fried rice, chow mein, spring rolls and mixed vegetables(which always look like those inedible plastic food«samples» used years ago in cafeteria lines. As much as I do like the fried rice and chow mein, they just don’t quite make a meal! So it leaves me no alternative… after decades of sharing meals… Panda, we are breaking up! There, I said it… it’s over! You can have your fortune cookie back!!!

This panda doesn’t give you tiny portions. Its a hit and miss on flavor at tikes though! Last time I went the chow mien was off, however the orange chicken was amazing. They are usually busy so you don’t have to worry about the food sitting around and tasting old. This is my favorite panda in the area.

I like Panda Express but I am not a fan of this location. My wife is vegetarian and this location has no vegetarian entrees. She normally will get the tofu eggplant meal but since this location does not have it we never eat here. I have gotten food here a few times by myself and have not had to much of a problem, I just wish I could eat here with my wife.

Went in with the family for dinner. Mary was the 1st server you get to, to order. As I watched her write all the orders of on the styrofoam to go boxes, she kept grabbing her pen from her rear right pants pocket. That in it self was very upsetting. Coming from a person who owns his own food business, that would be grounds for an employee warning. The pocket is obviously next to her butt, let alone touching her butt. Every time she took it out, the cap to the pen was not on. So everytime she was introducing the contaminated pen to each persons plate. When I got up there and she asked me what I wanted, before she had the chance to write on my box I simply asked her not to and told her it was very unsanitary what I was watching her do. She gave me that F*** you look, put the pen back in her pocket and said«so what do you want?» I told her, then she handed my box over to the next person, Judy. Then she had the nerve to pipe in with her comment, «we are told to write on your box» So I informed her«not if the pen is in your back pocket, getting contaminated and then touching my food.» Then she began to give me attitude and said«that’s why we keep the pens on the counter» and I told her, «we’ll Mary’s was in her rear pocket, unsanitary». So then Judy proceed to write on my box anyways. Yeah, I was pretty livid. Calls are gunna be made. I own my food company, anything that comes in contact with or near your person gets washed/sanitized. Would you put tongs/mixing spoon in your pocket and then use it for a guests food. Her dirty phone could of been in that pocket, or pants not washed everyday, her animals could of layed on her clothes. You see what I’m getting at? And for my request to get attitude like that blows my mind. 1 star on account of bad service. I hate their food as it is, but the wife and father in law wanted it. Just another reason for me to never step foot in there.
