The girl who helped us was rude and seemed bothered when I asked for a sample. I ordered the medium but my serving portion was that of a small but she charged us for a large. Horrible service, we’ll never return to this establishment.

I haven’t been this disrespected in a while. We walked in and the woman just stared at us and I was with my sister and there were people in front of us and behind us. So I stated yeah we are together as in a party so I ordered she gave a look and walked away then my sister ordered and the lady said well what candy in a stern tone. Then I ordered another order for my little brother to go and she said really and I was like yes really. Then when it was time to pay she held out her hand like give me this with no words. I then asked to talk to the manager and explained that I was disrespected and it was highly unprofessional. Then the manager just said sorry and walked away. I will never go back!

I love cold stone… Bring it back to McKinley so I don’t have to drive as far… Peanut butter lovers is my all time favorite!!! Yummy yummy. I need to try the coffee lovers soon…

Excellent premium ice cream, customer service and store cleanliness! One of the best ice cream stores to go to in the area. Great place to bring the family, a special date or just coming with some friends. Ice cream tastes soooo good and the people serving you are soo sweet. This place is #awesomesauce

Meh. I’ve maybe had cold stone once or twice along time ago and decided to try it out again since I didn’t feel like fighting getting in the parking lot for frostbites over at magnolia and Tyler. I tried the mint chocolate chip (mint mint chocolate chocolate chip?) not sure why the use of the names twice? I mentioned when I walked in I really hadn’t been to one before or in a while And wasn’t sure how it worked. the girls just kind of said «oh we’ll let you look at the menu» without trying to explain it to me and just walked to the back. I was the only person there. Could have let me know how it works. I didn’t realize I could have gotten one filling or extra, whatever they call it, until I already had my ice cream. I got it in a waffle bowl, a small size scoop. Some of the waffle bowl seemed like it wasn’t made crispy like the waffle should be. Also, it was really shallow waffle bowl. It was a decent amount of ice cream, just expected the waffle to reach the bottom of the bowl they put the actual waffle bowl in. I ate my ice cream there where I continued to be the only person there the whole time. It was like 2 in the afternoon, so not a meal time. Would have thought in near 100 degree weather mid afternoon more people would be going out for ice cream. Don’t know it it’s cause people don’t know this is here or what? While the one girl was still making my ice cream, the other was already ringing me up at the other end of the counter. One reason I didn’t realize I couldn’t get the extra items in there, what if I did and I already paid? Maybe I’ll try it again sometime if the mood strikes me, but there are other places with ice cream in the area. I’ll probably stick to frostbites which always seems to have some type of crowd.

I absolutely love this place! Their ice cream is a little pricey but it is worth it. Order one size smaller than the one you want because this ice cream is super filling. It is really thick and creamy. The cake batter ice cream is the best, but they have so many different flavors and toppings that your options are unlimited!

Walked in at 9:03 they were busy with several people in line still waiting to be served. We were told they were closed at 9:00…very disappointed! I don’t think it would have been too hard to serve us. I guess coldstones isn’t much on going the extra mile.

I have been here a few times and so far I have nothing bad to say! The customer service is amazing the girl that helped me I believe her name was Amber and was amazingly nice and welcoming! Not once did I feel rushed she really knows good customer service this business is very lucky to have her!!! The ice cream is great and they have lots of toppings to really make it what you want for your taste. It’s a little pricy but sooo good.

I usually order my cakes online and they have them ready within 24 hour. The customer service seams to be lacking but since I order online I dont really have to deal with it to much. I have ordered Ice cream cakes from other cold stones in the area and for some reason the cakes dont taste as good as the ones I get from this Cold Stone. If they improved their customer service skills I would give a 5 star for sure. I will probably go back when I need an Ice Cream cake. Im just happy that I get to skip the line by ordering online. If you want to order a cake i would highly recommend you order it online 24 hrs in advance so save you a long line.

It was a cold Monday night went I came in to get some ice cream, there was a small line, I ordered a love it founders favorite for 6.09 which is a little pricy but for good quality Ice cream I don’t mind paying a little more. Workers were very nice & helpful & the store was clean.

A bit to sweet for my taste.

Very pleasant women work at this chill store, a necessary store in the hot seasons, and a pleasant treat even in rainy windy Winter. The ice cream is good to eat, but sometimes the shakes get stuck in the straw and are too thickly brewed to sip effectively.
I miss the red velvet ice cream, because I loved drinking red velvet and cream cheese shakes. Ah well, their present selection is good: they have chocolate truffle ice cream.
If you are very poor, you might not be able to pay for the food here, so perhaps once a month on the hot seasons.

Good ice cream, clean establishment the only thing that stuck out was the flirting between the 2 employees and it seemed like they were fooling around in the back while my boyfriend and I ate our ice cream on the lobby. Once the next customer came out the lady employee was fixing her hair and retying her apron let’s just hope they washed their hands!

Who doesn’t like icecream. And icecreem made to order well sine me up. The staff is nice shop is mostly cleen.

Ah yes, made it and all for just a little torture at Lowe’s. The ice cream is so good here.

My family and I don’t frequent Cold Stone often but since my husband loves ice cream cake I decided to purchase one here for his birthday.
It was last minute so I couldn’t order online for same day pickup. I walked in the store at 5:45 and bought the coffeehouse crunch from the «ready for pickup» refrigerator at the entrance. I asked the young girl at the counter to write a message on the cake and she gladly assisted me. The price for a large round was almost $ 40 which is pretty reasonable compared to other larger companies in the area.
The cake was moist; fresh and a big hit. Highly recommend.

My child has food allergies. I understand that people might not understand the importance of that. We are ALWAYS patient and friendly. We know they are trying to accommodate us. We went here tonight and asked the young woman working if she had the food allergy list for their products. She laughed at us and said we don’t have that. I asked if I could see their nutritional guide. She started giggling and chatting with her co workers about it. The girl had major attitude and kept asking her co workers about what I was talking about. She was totally put out. She got their information binder out but wouldn’t let me see it. Just kept flipping pages and not looking at it. Said they didn’t have anything like that. Um … I got my phone out and looked it up! I will NEVER go back there again. So rude. No customer service.

This place is a love-​hate relationship. I like to come here for desert but always regret it soon there-​after. It is SO filling, SO sugary, and SO over-the-top.I guess that’s why people come! The prices are pretty normal for a creamery, and their staff is very accommodating and nice.
My favorites are the germanchocolatekake, and The Pie Who Loved Me. Spring for either, they’re both delicious, but both will give you a massive sugar hangover.

So much for a surprise b-​day cake tomorrow. The Cold Stone on Magnolia & Tyler decided to make up their own hours and not tell corporate. They sarcastically state they close at 9:00 when their website states 9:30. I guess staying open for business isn’t important to them.
It just so happens 31 Flavors is around the corner and they close at 10:00 AND have great service!
