authentic, quick, delicious. come to court, plead not guilty, have a taco!

Tried this place because of the reviews and it was exactly what I expected! The Micheladas are pricey but they are worth it because it’s pretty huge! The vibes here are chill, perfect place to come eat with friends or family! Real cozy and food is good too! They are very quick and attentive! What more could you ask for?

I came here a couple days ago and most say I love everything about it the main thing were the Micheladas loved it also like the service girls were nice and friendly definitely coming back to this place

So Mr. Taco is supposed to be this amazing place but the best thing I tried was something that isn’t even on the menu. I got battered shrimp tacos, those were perfect although they brought one of my tacos out grilled and had to correct it. The chipotle sauce was on point and if I came back that’s what I’d get but trust me I’m not coming back. I get a michelada everywhere I go and these were like a 6 out of 10 (not amazing) and were tooooo over priced. Really $ 15 for a michelada like wtf were not at a baseball game. The place is dirty! I had to scarf my food down just so the flys wouldn’t get to it first. My gf got nacho fries and they flavor was over powered by lard and grease. I tried eating them with her because it’s really for two people but I couldn’t. So would I come again? No definitely not because we went out of our way to try this place and it wasn’t worth it, way too over priced and dirty.

My sister took me there today and it was so yummy. Got the Chile Verde plate very good portions and filling!!! So so yummy! I will definitely be going back.

A biz associate and I stumbled on this joint at lunchtime today. We both ordered the Garbage Burrito. We took our seats outside to wait for our chow. There were folks having frosty cold beers and colorful Micheladas, it made me wish we weren’t at work. Anyway back to the grub. The burrito was a handful and was loaded with carne asada, chorizo, pico, rice etc. it was major tasty and would have demanded a post lunch siesta had we not had an appointment to get to. The house salsas from the salsa bar were solid and spicy. I can’t wait to return to try some other stuff!

I eat here all the time. Always good vibes and great food for a great price!

This place is bomb. Everything I’ve ordered is really good. Cool patio with tv’s. Very fast service even when crowded. I can’t wait to come back.

The brother of the owner of Mr. Taco on Limonite Avenue, owns this Mr Taco. This place has a completely different atmosphere, in an older building on Main Street. Fantastic Mexican food, several great sauces to choose from, party like atmosphere, this is where to go if you’re jonesing for a Great Burrito. I got the Chili Verde Burrito (wet), I could only finish half of it, (for now). Tender chunks of pork, simmered in a green sauce, with small bits of potatoes, that soak up all the goodness. Very, scrumptious. This joint is always busy, assuring fresh food. Only 2 miles from my house, I think I found a new favorite spot. Huge combo plates.

This place need a supervisor ! No one knows what there doin ! Food came out after 30 mins that’s to long for a taco place and I only order 2 tacos and they were burnt !

Great open air patio area filled to the brim with blissful looking patrons. Muliple flat screens with sporting events for all to see. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. The barbacoa is to die for. Melt in your mouth sort of business. Honestly, screw Disneyland, this is the happiest place on earth. Do yourself a favor and take the trip.

Came here as a family recommendation and really enjoyed myself. It’s a cozy local spot that serves authentic Mexican food. The menu is filled with variety and because of that we ordered a little of everything. We literally had tacos of every kind, shrimp ceviche, burritos, and fresh fruit with pico. Loved every bit and Hadith than enough to take home.
The actual restaurant was extremely clean and the employees really were attentive to customers. It was a family friendly environment to just chill and eat good food. They had bomb classic oldies jammin in the background and basketball games playing on several tvs. The patio dining area had a nice breeze and really added to the comfort level.
Overall I was satisfied with my food and would highly recommend this hidden gem in the heart of the IE. Definitely a place to come for great Mexican food.

This is a pretty good local spot. I try to stop in when im at electronics warehouse right down the street. This place is always packed. Its got a nice litle outside patio, and a just a few tables inside. Its a really tiny place.
Once inside youll notice the giant menu up top and the iced beers below. To the right is a deli window woth all kinds of chopped fruit! Ive only tried 2 things here, the taquitos, and the shrimp burrito. Both are prerty amazing. I always get a few beers too. They are tall boys. You can get a frozen gass with lime inside and rimmed with tajin too. Heaven! There is a delicious salsa bar as well. They have a really good red salsa and a yummy avocado and habanero salsa. Also, there is a pickled red onion and habanero medly.
I do remommend coming on non lunch hours. This olace is a zoo with little parking.
As crowded as they are they always bring the food out quickly, i think this is one of the reasons they’ve gotten so popular.

Bomb Micheladas. Bomb fresh fruit bar. Almost everything is on point here. Definitely recommend this place.

Came on a Friday night, large party. Luckily we were able to find a table.
Unfortunately, the service was not all that. We had to ask twice to have the table wiped down. Then between the waitresses and the cook, they lost our order, then start arguing amongst them whos fault it was, just get our food please!
Needless to say, after a long wait we finally got our food. Must day the food is tasty and the waitress did provide us a complimentary fruit plate for our wait.

Best micheladas in LIFE!!! The food is okay from what I tried which was the shrimp tacos. They need to put more shrimp in the tacos. I had like four tiny pieces of shrimp. The salsa is good. But like I said they have the best micheladas in LIFE!

This place is like a hole in the wall type of place and super small. My roomate suggested this place about how their taco’s taste super bomb and its cheap on taco tuesdays! Plus it was close to my old house so I decided to try! I love their grill chicken taco, that was probably the best chicken taco I have had! The asada was alright, I have had better. Overall, pretty good tacos and I LOVE their salsa! :]

Heard from a couple of friends that Mr. Tacos was a great hole in the wall spot. Me and my girlfriend were craving some Tacos, so decided to stop by and give it a try.
So basically you go to the front to order and sit down and they bring you your food. The seating inside has a couple of tables but most the seats are outside. They have a couple of fans outside, but still scorching hot nonetheless. Cleanliness is what you can expect at a whole in the wall place.
The person taking the orders and running the food were friendly and polite.
The food was so-​so. I had the grilled chicken soft taco, Baja fish soft taco and carne asada soft taco.
My girlfriend tried the shrimp soft taco instead of the grilled chicken and she said it was good but nothing to special.
Grilled chicken taco– mediocre and bland
Baja fish taco– interesting but kinda heavy with the spicy mayo type sauce they drizzled on top
**Carne asada taco– saved the day for me, was the best of the three and the only one I’d get if I came back.
The spicy green salsa was actually really good. Had a kick to it but not overwhelmingly spicy. I actually used it all over the grilled chicken to salvage it and it worked.

Soy Mexicana y me gusta el buen servicio y punto. Me vale un cacahuate si estan ocupados, si tienen poco lugar etcetera. Si tienen buena comida, apoyenla con buen servicio. Contraten a otra mesera para cuando venga la ola de gente. Estuve esperando 25 minutos y ni una vez alguien me dijo «en un momento estoy con usted». Puras fallas Mr. Taco puras mendigas fallas. Tengo que ser gringa para que me sirvan chips y salsa o que onda?
