Baker’s Drive Thru

This location has the worst customer service. 3 weeks ago my roommate and I ordered our food and wanted to get a soda water instead of soda since my roommate is on a diet. The employee acted like she had never heard of such a thing, but finally figured it out and gave it to us. Then last week, we go through the drive thru again and my roommate requests soda water. The person in the drive thru says they can’t do it. We say we will pay for the full price of a soda, but just want soda water. The person starts stuttering and says we will have to talk to the day manager (it’s 10:00pm). Then they tell us they don’t have a button for soda water. We said we got it a few weeks ago??? Then they tell us they just changed the buttons on their ice tea machine and don’t have a button for soda water. Ummm, wouldn’t that button be on the «soda» machine? Lie after lie over some soda water with a huge line building up behind us so someone in the back could power trip over WATER. Get it together with your customer service.
On a side note, it wasn’t the person on the speaker giving us a hard time (he was nice), it was his higher up in the back who was telling him to lie to us.

I generally like all Baker’s except for this one! There is one older lady there who is just a b – ch! Me and some co worker’s went in and when I was ordering that person (Wish I knew Her name) started very unprofessionally started making negative comments about My company after reading it on My shirt! I asked for manager after sitting down and He said he would have a talk with Her! Well the next couple of times I came in She was more Spiteful than ever. this time i talked to manger again (Another LOSER) who said He would talk to her. I said «What! Your talks must not be very good since she has talked crap 3 times now right in front of customer’s too! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS IDIOT MANAGED PLACE AGAIN!!) :(

Bakers is always consistent and clean. So glad that I live in the Inland Empire so I can eat at their restaurants. Food is really great.

I am so upset and disgusted by this particular location today. I am a huge fan of all Bakers! I love that they offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Today we went through this drive thru on our way home. It’s conveniently located near a freeway exit and on ramp.
When my husband ordered at the drive thru window they kept saying they couldn’t understand us even though we were speaking clearly and loud enough for them to hear us.
I ordered the vegetarian combo burrito that comes with soy meat and beans, no cheese and fries and iced tea.
The young man at the window repeated the order after several attempts to make sure he got it right.
We pulled up to the window, paid and left. We were already on the freeway when I opened the bag and took one bite out of the burrito and realized it was real meat! I was so upset! I do not eat meat.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any of the Bakers locations. I will not return to this location. It really seemed they did not have their act together. I own rental property in the area so it would be convenient but I’ll go to a different location. The service at this one is terrible. I’m so annoyed I didn’t get lunch and on top of that I ate meat and I do not ever eat meat. Very disappointed. Wasted time and wasted money.

Not In-​N-​Out, but the closest you can get!

I give no stars to this Bakers… Constantly forgetting orders or purposely messing them up. Buster punk kid on the intercom messed my order up completely by not listening… I guess that’s why the flip burgers for a living.
Will not return to this place… Upon calling and complaining they want me to give my name etc. Why do you can spit in my food or purposely mess it up whenever you see me. I think not…
I rather leave a bad review an never go here again :)

I’ve always used the drive through. The service was fast and friendly. Never had trouble with my order. My favorite drive through items is the Taco Tuesday. They still got it and that’s what I keep going back for.

For as long as this bakers has been open, they have never messed up my order. Great food. Wish the price would match the portions but i guess quality keeps them going anyway.

This Baker’s is my go-​to location for my lunch breaks at my job. There is a wide variety of delicious food items, fantastic prices, and friendly, quick service. Because of the large menu, it is a place you can visit several times a week without getting bored with it. I come here at least twice a week and I have received remarkably consistent service. I never have to worry about clocking in late back into my work shift when I come here for my lunch break. Thanks guys for the wonderful service from one food service employee to another!

I like Bakers Food but I hate when the portion size differs so much from Store to Store. For instance the price of Ground Beef Burritos went up to $ 3.99 and its a puny little flat Burrito not worth that price. Tacos used to be stuffed full now are barely filling the shell and that’s includes the 13 pieces of cheese sprinkled on top ! I presume it’s the manager controlling portion sizes to increase his profit. All of this makes me order different things not controlled by portion control or go elsewhere, there are many choices

2^nd time here this week, dropped in a couple months ago as well when I was in town on the advisement of a coworker. For what it is, a fast food/​drive thru place, it’s pretty solid. I’ve had a sandwich as well as some of the tacos and they’re pretty passable. One thing I really do like are their hot sauces (in packets), very flavorful and a nice surprise compared to other fast food taco joints. Wouldn’t go out of my way to stop by but it’s better than your avg McDs or Taco Bell.

Friendly customer service and food is normally freah and hot. Tryd the teriyaki chicken sandwich it was ok. I thought it was makde with a freash chicken breast but its not. The teriyaki sauce mixed with their dressing (thousand island) was not to my liking.

Bakers is some of the best fast food anywhere. I usually get the cheeseburger, fries and vanilla shake combo. I’d put that meal right up there with the best of them. Not naming names as I feel it’s uncool to mentioned competitors in my reviews. That’s how I roll.
Way way better them the usual suspects. Just saying
If you find yourself with a belly growl and you’re east of the Prado Dam. Stop on in and snap up some good quick eats at Bakers.
I can only vouch for the burgers, fries and shakes but I’ll stand behind my review.

Rating it for my drive thru experience it was fast and the guy was really nice he made sure he got our order right.
I love there french fries there grilled chicken sandwich is good and love the papa combo meal so so good!!!

It’s the closest drive thru around me. I’d prefer a del taco or in n out nearby but other than that, I cant complain. The service is good. They bring the food to you and it hot and fresh when you order. They do have refills but you have to pay extra for each refill.

Maria is the best! She greets everyone as soon as they walk through the door and asks how they are. She’s always working around lunchtime and is so helpful. She makes sure you have everything you need and will even offer to take your tray when you’re finished eating. She goes above and beyond her duties. Thanks, Maria!

Knocking it down one star because location always feels sketchy to me, plus some of the younger employees look like they’re on something.
Same great food as the other locations, plus this one has the full vegetarian line.

So I didn’t realize this was an Inland Empire chain till I moved to the Orange Curtain. Honestly I missed it so much. I love the Mama and Papa meals. The fries are some of the best I have had at drive thru and I love the cherry shot you can get in your soda. Just for nostalgia it’ll always be one of my favorite places when I head home.

Baker’s is my go-​to replacement since there’s no McDonald’s close by. It tastes alright by me, but a bit too pricey for my liking. The burgers are also too small, considering the price. Imagine a McDonald’s $ 1 cheeseburger or McChicken — it’s the same size.
I’m a fan of the Caribbean Chicken burger, it’s great with ranch but of course they charge for ranch too. Ridiculous. Everything seems too expensive, considering this is supposed to be drive-​thru fast food.
