The worst dr office ever!!! I’m waiting more than 2 hours to see the dr and i had an appointment and they’re letting people who are more than 15 minutes late still keep their appointments which moves everyone back and the nurses don’t have a clue what their doing. Never coming back here again

I really like the drs and staff here, but I think it’s important to point out that you will have to deliver at Parkview Community Hospital or Riverside Community Hospital. Either place has mandatory shared mother/baby rooms with showers down the hall. Bear in mind that the first post-delivery shower is extremely disgusting. Be sure you investigate those showers thoroughly. You might search for a dr. that delivers in Redlands. I wish I had. They have private mother/baby rooms and private showers.

I always set up an appointment and I always have to do almost a two hours of wait just to see the doctor, which have in mind I’m only with the doctor for less than ten minutes.
don’t even bother with walk ins because they will turn you down and send you to urgent care.

Loved this clinic! The receptionists are nice and polite. Dr. Arcone is awesome! Both my husband and I were very pleased with his care. He made our experience amazing. If you decide to go here ask to see him, you won’t be disappointed.
