First I must compliment Debra my hair stylist, if you love perfect layers she’s your girl ! Debra cuts your hair perfect and listens to what you say and want. Debra Also did not say my hair was dry to try to sell me product ! That’s amazing so I bought product on my own. She is so good I am bringing my niece in this Thursday, my niece has long hair and will post photos later.

I have been here multiple times and it is extremely hit & miss. I always request the same hairstyle — I have naturally curly hair, please layer all over with it slightly shorter on top, bangs above my eyebrows and rounded rather than straight in back — and 2 of the last 3 times they cut a wedge. Longer on top and extremely short in the back. Now I have to wait 6 or more months of trying to correct the layers to get what I want. It is hard to stop it in process because the hair is cut in the same direction when it is curly — so you have to pray that they have listened to you, which obviously they don’t. I have been going to great clips because this one is closest to my house and they don’t spend so much time trying to up sell you with color and other services, but I will be going to other shops after this repeat performance.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened, and don’t plan on switching any time soon. My hair is not the easiest to work with, so it usually takes a few tries before a stylist can get it right. Well, Amber at the Orange Crest location has got it down, and I always try to see her when I go there. She takes her time and makes sure your haircut is exactly the way you like it. She’s also very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend the Orange Crest Great Clips… ask for Amber, she’s the best!

Always friendly, and always ready to take a coupon!!! My kinda place! I take my kids here and we always leave happy. They bring in a pic of the style they want and we leave w/​just that. The wait here is or at least not ever for me long. The ladies are always nice, friendly and fast. They do a good job. I’ll definitely come back especially w/​a coupon!!! wink wink!!!

I usually come in with my boyfriend to get his haircut and the ladies are always courteous and fast. I notice all the parents bring their kids here to get their haircut as well and they’re always happy with the end product. They accept walk-​ins and there’s usually little to no wait.

I went in there today and had a great experience. Got a great haircut from the adorable Heather. She gave me a coupon in front of the grocery store so I decided since I was there I would get it done now. I was not disappointed. This place was very clean and the staff was fantastic. My only complaint was the $ 5 charge for a wash. That, to me, seems excesive. I will definitely go back even though I live in another town.

Was decent for the price when they first opened and had $ 5 cut specials, I brought the kids a few times. Even then the cuts weren’t great, you could tell some of the girls were fresh out of the Great Clip academy or wherever they go, but it was still ok for the kids.
Now it’s $ 11, haven’t seen coupons in a while, and the quality hasn’t improved. Time to start taking my boys to a real barber shop.
