It’s a bit overpriced, but it’s an organic place haha. It’s actually a hidden gem if someone is looking for a studying cave! Super quite here with instrumental music. This is my first time here so I got a «first time shopping 10% off». When you enter there’s three sections: left, middle, and right. Left side: deli, pizza, build your own ($ 10.99/lb) it’s really fresh and filling, and three types of soup to chose from. There’s always a vegetarian option. The right side is the organic drink section: juices, smoothies, coffee, and tea. I got the acai and it’s super fresh and good! I got the small 12oz is $ 4.99. You have to pay at the cashier in order to pick up the drinks. ADVICE: order the drink first then get your food or shop around! Because they use only fruits (for my smoothies) so it takes time.

Old school kind of organic grocer and restaurant where its kind of inefficient and pricey cause its all organic. The pricing for drinks and prepared food are not found unless you ask and they have to look it up. Weirdest thing is that you have go line up at the grocer to buy coffee so not only do you not know how much it is, you have to wait for everyone to check out all their groceries and you also have to have gone over the the coffee counter first to see exactly what you can order first which totally inconvenient.

Updated review. The fact that the owner replied to my post (which I never got a notification for oddly, sorry for any delay) is enough for me. That issue from before could be a one time thing. The store is beautiful, and they have a large selection from what I saw. I’ll be going in tonight because it’s near my job site and I would like to check out their selection more. Thank you Mr. Goodwin.
Plus, I’ve read Mr Goodwin’s other replies to reviewers and some of them I got a real kick out of. That’s a plus in my opinion.

It was my first time here and it definitely won’t be my last! The store is well organized, clean, and so charming. I love the fact that everything is organic! You will feel happy and healthy with anything you buy:) And since I was a first timer at this locale, I got 10% off my purchase! So if it’s your first time, mention it to the clerk and get your kind discount. The clerk, by the way, was super sweet! She made my experience that much more pleasant.
I ended up purchasing the energy booster drink, and not only was it delicious, it was revitalizing! I had such a positive experience, and I’m looking forward for my next visit.

Love how close this place is to the UCR campus! Wish it stayed open a bit longer for those times when we have midterms or finals.
This place is unique in that its a food market, small café, and pizza or sandwich restaurant all in one.
During my visit, I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte and Acai Bowl. Both were very delicious! The portions were very generous. In regards to the Acai Bowl, one could be shared with two people.
Because this place is organic, prices are a little higher but well worth it!

Super close to ucr. Perfect for students that are trying to stay organic. Not a lot of options for vegans. Kinda small and cramped. The carts are too big for a grocery this small. The choice of music is eh (string/​instrumental versions of songs).
The lounge was really nice. Ordered a «green energy» juice. It was well made. You can tell they have a powerful juicer.
I’d come back here just ’cause it’s down the street.

A must shop at store for health food needs. The deli area is wonderful. The selection of well raised cold cuts is wonderful. The food is Non GMO (a must for everyone who wants that in your food. A must shop at store for great items.

So it’s been my first time here and Gloria helped me pick out a drink from the menu, she was very patient with me as I didn’t know what each drink was. I ended up getting the combo juice.
One thing that was very confusing is how you pay for your drink at the register. This store is very clean and the air conditioning is very strong.

An all organic deli is very rare! I appreciate how they make everything from scratch from the soups, salad bar, pastas, prepared foods, pizza, sandwich bar and more!
I also really enjoy the pastries which are made by the owners wife Mary Goodwin. They have a ton of options for gluten free, vegan and such pastries cakes and desserts.
I hope to see some organic breads being served soon!

I ordered the vegetarian wrap & the food preparer was very friendly. She did a great job, with generous portions! If they offered black olives & sprouts, I would’ve given 5 stars.
If Goodwin’s offered a vegan raw wrap or sprouted wheat wrap would have been awesome, too.

The almond latte is my favorite!
It’s a nice, clean café. The workers are nice too. Yes, it is a tad pricey, but who isn’t paying $ 5 for some steamed milk and espresso nowadays?
It’s different. It’s cute. The espresso is strong. Give Goodwin’s a shot!

We saw the Goodwin’s organic market from a billboard off the 60 west. We decided to stop for lunch. Such a neat, clean and well lit organic local market. Juice bar on one end, café on the other end, and grocery store in the middle.
They have hot meals, soups, salad bar, sandwiches and plenty of desserts to choose from. You pay by weight for all of your food items. What we had was delicious. Plenty of vegan, vegetarian meal choices.
