On dec 11 i ordered a pizza, parm bites and soda online. It took an hour and 40 min to get delivered. When i called i was told oh well we are busy what do you expect. He was so rude! And that is when he woukd answer me, most if the tine he said nothing. After arguing with them for almost 10 minutes they gave me a $ 25 credit for next time. When my pizza did arrive it was cold and made wrong. Dec 27 i decided to take a chance and use my credit. I called it in this time. For one pizza and a soda it came to $ 28. When I asked why it was so much, i was told that is the price, but your using your credit so you only have to pay $ 3 so thats not bad. I asked how much the pizza was and the guy asked if i wanted to cancel. I said no and was told it would be 55 min wait. I agreed. That was at 616pm. It is now 752pm. No pizza. No phone call. I called and was told they would call the driver. Sad thing is the restaurant is only 10 min away. Wow. I will never go here again. Horrible service. Horrible pizza. Roger the manager is horrible. So after still hearing nothing at 802 I called again. Roger said don’t worry about it being late and they don’t appreciate getting complaints so we are welcome to call and order elsewhere they don’t need our business. I asked for his boss and he said he was it. He said the owner was hoss but he refused to give me any contact info. Do not go here if you are smart… update 918 pm my COLD pizza arrived. I refused it and sent driver on his way. Not worth it. Please see my attached pic of how many times I called to Dominoes… only took 3 hrs to get one pizza and a soda wow

So I ordered a pizza online a medium with half jalapeños, half mushrooms, pepperoni etc. I confirmed the system got the order right because the graphic of the pizza on the screen was correct. Fast forward 50 minutes and our pizza arrives. I bring it into the kitchen and open the box to see all the toppings all over the pizza instead of separated like I ordered it. My wife cannot eat jalapeños so this is a problem. I called the store and spoke with Niomi and explained my problem. She transferred me to Roger the manager. I spoke with Roger who told me that I «probably entered the order wrong and that I need to be careful when using the computer.» I told him I confirmed my order and I know what I ordered. He proceeds to tell me that the order came through the way they made it etc. I asked him if he has had any customer service training. Which he replies with«I have been here 6 years and don’t need any more training.» At this point I asked for his name and asked him if he was the manager. He cut me off by saying, «do you want your pizza or not.» I again asked for his name which he reluctantly gave me and I said that is all I needed to know. Long story short, someone that manages a store and treats his customers this way does not need my business! Terrible customer service. Lost customer. Great job Roger!

Naomi welcomed us with a smile and a great attitude for a inhouse order. I had just gotten out of the hospital so i wanted to eat everything but my throat was still sore from the tonsillitis. I was super indicisive and she completely understood. She even took the time to let me rant and helped me put together a little bit milder meal, instead of the jalapeños and mango habanero sauce. lolz She’s awsome and needs to be a manager/owner or given a raise! It didn’t even take 15 mins to get our food. She really brightened this domino’s up!

I don’t usually do this but I just think this is the most lame thing that I’ve ever heard. I just ordered a large veggie pizza on thin crust from Domino’s on Van Buren and they delivered to me a large cheese pizza that I did not order. The kids at the pizza back and said he would bring me back a veggie but The guy who took my order called and said that they are going to bring me a veggie pizza but they’re going to charge me 299 delivery fee because he took my order and he heard me say cheese pizza. And I promise you on the Bible that I said veggie pizza I did not want to cheese pizza I wanted a veggie pizza and I clearly said veggie on thin crust. So, despite how often I order pizzas from them this is so lame that I told him I’m not going to order anymore. Whatever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Whatever happened to businesses trying to compensate the inconvenience of the customer?. Pathetic.

We order from this location very often. Have always used their online ordering and pick up the pizza ourself since we live so close. Our food has always been great and the employees always very nice. Our new favorite items to order are their hot sandwiches. We need to try something new but so far we keep getting that Italian with extra pepperoni! The bread is out of this world! Thanks Dominos!

So I just went to go pick up my pizza! My wife made a phone order for pick up one pizza half cheese half bacon pepperoni the other pizza just pepperoni I get there to pick up my order and tell them my order is under the name Jesse they tell me they have a Jeffrey no Jesse after checking the order we realize they wrote Jeffrey instead of Jesse. I check the pizzas and my pizza had half cheese and only pepperoni I told her it was missing bacon she very nicely told me they would remake it The guy that was making my pizza started telling the girl that he was working with that she(my wife) messed up when she ordered I overheard this and told the girl on the front that I was sitting next to my wife and heard her place the order and she did not mess up on the order she said no problem we will remake it and he continued to tell the girl that we ordered wrong, I then lost it and told him that he messed up on the order just like he messed up on my name with a few cuss words thrown in(I’m sorry for that) and you can’t accuse me of lying I told him to keep his pizza and walked out I walked back in just to tell them I would be writing this Unilocal review … They’ve got a very bad score anyways I don’t think they care, they just looked at me.

Very impressed with our local Domino’s. Last night We had a birthday celebration for my son. I ordered over $ 100 of food, on-line, which was super easy. Then the pizza was delivered in about 45 min. Driver was great. And best of all the pizzas were as I ordered hot and delicious. You rock Dominos.

Just moved here from Eastvale and what a disappointment. The store in eastvale always delivered within in 20 minutes, this place took an hour. Pizza was obviously cooked a while ago however because it came not at all hot, barely warm and just ten minutes after opening the lid this thing is now cold. What a joke. Do not order from here, just go pick up at Antonious in mission grove. They don’t deliver but the prices are cheaper and the pizza is great compared to this joke.

There aren’t too many fast food places open this late in this area so Dominoes wins my «Best late night eatery/delivery food after 11 p. m in Grove Community.» I think their pan pizza is tastier and not as greasy as Pizza Hut, their coupons offer a lot of food for a decent price, and they deliver! In-N-Out is worth the drive across town but not when it’s bone chilling cold. The new Dominoes menu is just as good!

The pizza tracker is a complete lie at this store. One time it said my pizza was sitting in quality check for over 20 minutes before going out for delivery, but when it was finally delivered the pizza was hot. Most of the time, the pizza arrives late and cold. I must have incredibly bad luck because every time I question the service they are just really busy that night. Apparently, I only order on unusually busy nights.

Not sure what’s happened to this store but the employees DONOTCARE about their customer service. Last time we ordered from here was almost 8 months ago. Tried today to see if it has improved. Sadly NO!!! We Stopped because service lacked and the orders were wrong and over an hour wait. Too bad — pizza was good but not worth it any more. Antonious and Pizza Hut are the better choices FORSURE!

We honestly used to love ordering from Domino’s online. It was quick and easy and we’d always get a good deal, and great pizza. We haven’t ordered from them in a while so this is long overdue. The last few times we ordered from them it took forever for the pizza to get here, and it wasn’t hot anymore. It became a ritual for us to turn on our oven because we knew we’d have to reheat the pizza. The delivery driver even offered us sodas right off the bat and apologized for the wait. We’ve reviewed them online, and even received a call from the store, but the situation never improved. Based on the service and quality of food, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

My boyfriend and I created an order online and went in a little early to get it so we had to wait, but it’s nice and clean inside and the workers weren’t just standing around talking they were actually working. As someone who works in the food industry I tend to side with the workers rather than the people who write reviews like the gentleman who complained that they wouldn’t deliver a pizza when the workers are trying to close because it’s 11 o’clock at night. People don’t understand… it might be a minimum wage job but you work your butt off. I gave this place more stars because they were prompt and courteous.

Rude kids working here. The pizza is horrible. The only«upside» is they are open late. On my last visit I tried to get a pizza for delivery at 10pm well before their posted close time at 11pm. The«closing manager» said their driver got a flat tire so they couldn’t deliver. My son had called before me and he was told they couldn’t deliver after 10pm not that the driver had a flat. So we tried to order a pizza for pick up and I was placed on hold until I hung up after what seemed like 15 min. When I called back they would not answer the phone. I live near by so I drove to location. I called again from my son’s phone, then the girl hung up on me after I asked for the name of the person running that location. The posted sign said they close at 11 but they were closed already 20 minutes early. I don’t appreciate being lied to by someone. Just be honest and say you want to do nothing for your last hour at work I’d be fine with that. Serves me right for trying something other then the dependable mom and pop place I usually go to. Lesson learned.

As a Domino’s employee(for a different store), I can reasonably say that this store has the worst service out of any pizza restaurant I’ve ever been to. I called the store and I was put on hold for three minutes. I walked into the store and wasn’t acknowledged for a solid five minutes(corporate requirement is nine –seconds-). The employees seemed rather cold and not the friendly, customer-centric representatives expected by the best pizza corporation in the business. The pizza is alright, sure, but I will never, ever go to this store again, or any of the other ones owned by this franchisee.
