I have had the pleasure of working with Mark for some time now (i’m in property management, so we have many rentals that report AC/Heating issues). It is refreshing to say that I can always rely on his business and professionalism to take care of our rentals for both tenants and owners. He is friendly, punctual, honest, reasonably priced, and all around know’s what he is doing. Not to mention, I don’t think we’ve ever had a call back service for him, which is outstanding. :) I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

When we needed to come up with a solution for a cooling system in our garage we called Mark. He had done some previous work for us in our home and we knew he would be able to get the job done for us. We have a desert home and we wanted a way to have the garage stay cool during the very hot summer months so that our vehicles would not be damaged by the extreme heat. He came out and went over his plan with us which was both cost effective and would solve our problem of excessive heat.
He installed everything for us and made sure it was all working well. He was always on time and worked hard to get everything done in the time line he had promised us. So if you are looking for a heating or air conditioning specialist my husband and I highly recommend Mark. He is dependable, trustworthy, and is able to deliver on his work. We are very satisfied with the work he did for us and would use him again.

Mark is certainly the best of the best when it comes to heating and COLD air. He was on time, clean, and very friendly. We had our unit moved from the hallway into to attic, and Mark made sure he left everyday with house in a clean state. Our house is older and designed for forced hearing only, other companies came and said nothing of the inadequate vent system we had, also quoted price was very high. Mark came in and explained, and replaced the unit and all ducting at a price well in our budget. Thanks to Mark we are able to hang meat in the living room
