This place was much more reputable before a couple of the more skilled barbers branched off. tried a couple different guys there after n and k left and got terrible haircuts. Especially from the tall bob Marley who’s a sex offender. This business fell off. Even with no line customers walk in and claim an appointment so expect at least hour wait for a crappy cut. They don’t even accommodate to handicapped or people who can’t sit or stand have to wait too. Step up ur game j … People get better service n cuts anywhere else now. Sad

Worst service ever. I called ahead of time and just needed a side of my haircut and they said they could take me right away. I came in i guess because either i was a gurl or I had alot of hair, there were barbers that finished their styles, looked at me and turned their chairs around and wouldn’t service me. I sat there for 20 minutes and finally told them I was leaving. Very disappointing because i had somewhere to be. Not cool.

I’d give –5 stars if that was an option. Came in, sat down with 2 ahead of me, we sat there mesmerized by the barber’s (who was sitting in his own cutting chair) mad drawing skills as he sat there creating beautiful works of art that could only be hung in a junk yard, until another guy walked in later and physically asked him for a hair cut. Finally, he dropped his facking pencil to do his job and we all praised. The barbers then finally got around to cutting the other two guys hair only for facking Leonardo de crappy to sit back down in his chair and draw again while I sat there, alone, as if I were stranded on a desert island with no one there to help me with my raggedy hair. Finally after 10 minutes of being caught up in de crappy’s mad drawing skills I said «hey bud can you cut my hair please». He looked at me as if to think «damn son can’t you see I’m getting down on this mad drawing only for you to rudely interrupt me», followed by an impatient yeah sure. Once the clippers touched my head I thought the two of us could reconnect on another level possibly but his hair cutting skills were as miserable as his would-​be drawing skills. I asked him to cut it low «physically pointing to the guys hair next to me» and he didn’t get even close to it. To the point… he had to revisit my scalp cutting it down lower, I said it’s good, went to give him a hand shake (he looked at me as if I had Ebola or the HIV or something) then I left never to come back again.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received! So many better places in riverside to get a cut.

I visited Cold Cutz yesterday and was very dissapointed by their lack of customer service. I recently moved to the area and chose this barbershop based off all the good reviews. When I arrived no one greeted me or even looked in my direction. I sat down and waited and once a chair opened I went to go sit in it and the guy informed me that he had an appointment and someone would be with me shortly. That was fine with me and so I sat back down and waited some more. An hour passed and he still had the same girl in his chair who was getting an intricate design on her head. After a while, she decided not to add more to her design since she noticed I’d been waiting a long time. I watched as other barbers chairs freed up and without so much as a word to me they took on other clients. Finally, it was my chance in the chair. My haircut took all of 10 mins but I waited 1.5 hours for it. I respect appointments and in no way would I have asked to go before anyone but is it hard to ask someone what they’re in for? Or to simply say hello? And don’t tell someone they’ll be seen shortly if your definition of short is an hour. Be honest with the customer or advise them to make an appointment or come back another day. But I guess I should be glad he said anything at all since no one else did. First impressions last forever and the vibe in this place was all wrong to me. I won’t be back.

My son got the best haircut ever at Cold Cutz! Mike was awesome! My son was having a dilemma about his hairstyle and Mike was able to help him pick a style and make suggestions on products to keep it looking nice. We will definitely go back!

Best place in town to get haircuts! They are always busy so make appointment that’s what I’m doing next:)

i remember visiting this spot few years ago. cool barber shop. this dude named X cut me. cool cat! funny dude. anyways i’m back in cali now. does anyone know if that dude X is still there?

Damned good barber shop but its best to make an appointment especially on the weekends.

Cool barber shop always hooked me up with a fresh cut but they dissed me when they took multiple people that were behind me. All stars would be a better choice they do they same and you don’t have to wait 2 hours for a cut.

Bar none, Diego, AKA Big D, No gay pun intended, is the best barber i have ever met. Always ask questions before he does something so he doesnt mess anything up. Always interacts with me and is very intelligent even outside the barber world so he can converse about books, politics, etc. hes my go to barber. Never cheated on him. I got weekly appointments. I dont even have to txt him for one. He reminds me the night before. This dude is on point when it comes to his barber skills. Ive gotten tapers, fades, fohawks, comb overs, the list goes on from this guy. But always gives me a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ haircut. Keep it diego!

I’ve been hearing about this place for years now. After my barber moved to another city I tried every barbershop in Riverside, and finally decide to try this one.
Honestly one of, if not, the BEST places in Socal to get a haircut. Every barber they bring in can CUT!!!
