I was the only person in line and had to wait for them to put together an online order. Then when I went to get in my car i checked my food and they had handed me the wrong meal. It was marked chicken but the inside was beef. I went back and had them fix my order. I wrote down everything that was on it and they put it together for me again. Then when I got back to work i checked my meal and they had added Guacamole which was not marked on the paper. I am allergic to avocados. I was not happy.

Chips are stale yet again! STOPMAKINGCHIPBAGSFORTHEENTIREDAY. 2nd and last time we stop at this location. Every other Chipotle I’ve been to has fresh chips at all hours. It’s 3pm on a Saturday right now. How are they this stale? We got 2 bowls like always. We both had the least amount of ingredients we’ve ever received from any Chipotle. Cleanliness 1 Cost 3 Cuisine 3 Customer service 4 Thought id give this place a try since many people recommended it to me. $ 8 gets you a burrito with lots of fixings. The food was average. If your looking for authentic tasting Mexican food, then this ISN’T the place for you. The girl at the counter was nice but the place was dirty. I had to clean my own table off. There was no place to throw my trash away because the trash can was full… i mean full to the point where stuff was toppling over. Maybe i’ll try eating Chipotle again; just at another location.

I came here last week and found fairly nice service. As any Chipotle, they were busy. So the workers were not very personable, but they still gave wonderful service. They worked efficiently and fast as a team preparing my beautiful steak burrito bowl. In addition, this Chipotle has outdoor seating which is nice. We sat outside and while it was understandably cleaner inside, the sun was setting and what a thing to miss. Overall, it was clean with good service. And while they were not as friendly or outgoing as I may have desired, it only makes sense when they’re busy serving so many customers. Like many others, this was my first time visiting since the e-coli problem, but the taste is the same classic Chipotle taste that I always find worth going back for!

No wonder this location only had 3 stars — first time at this late cation, came in with my son, and Chipotle’s «sorry we poisoned all our customers past year, but please come back» coupons — one for a «free» burrito, one for free chips & salsa with the purchase of a burrito, bowl, salad or two-taco plate. Ordered a veggie bowl, a bean & cheese burrito, and an Izze — they had to run it in two transactions to be able to use both coupons. My «free» burrito cost me $ 6.70, and they wanted almost $ 10 for the«free» chips & salsa, because what used to be run up as a bean & cheese burrito now is called«2 sides,» which costs more than a burrito with meat in it! Since when did pinto beans, white cheer and a tortilla cost more than a pork carnitas burrito? Plus $ 2.61 for the Izze! I’m guessing all that bad publicity over e. coli cost Chipotle big time, and now their patrons are apparently expected to pick up the tab for their legal fees with this gouging! Too bad, too — the food is really good. Unfortunately, it would seem the company isn’t anymore. Won’t be back

I thought the point of ordering ahead was that you were suppose to have your burrito made and ready to go when you walked in. Not that you have to wait for them to serve every customer ahead of you and then make it while you wait for 10 minutes. And then have the burrito you got be sloppy and falling apart everywhere making it inedible unless put on a plate. Ridiculous.

Today was a ruff day for those guys… It was the second to the last day of this free burrito plus promotion to fix someone else’s mistake. These poor guys were tired. I felt there day, when a customer in line was being not so polite to them. He was receiving a free burrito and had everything to complain about it… for no reason but to be difficult. The staff handle it with ease. As I approached the counter I was greeting with smiles and polite service. Food was served hot and quick. I tried so hard to make their night with my tip and plenty of thank you. Be kind people, you never know what others are going through… Great job kids!!!

Chipotle is solid and will never fail. It’s pretty much the base of many restaurants nowadays with an assemblyline. My go-to is a burrito bowl as they definitely give you more ingredients and it makes it much cleaner and easier to eat. On my most recent visit, my bowl was so packed that I wasn’t even sure how they were going to put the lid on my burrito bowl. It’s a clean and open area. I enjoy that they have outside seating here as well.

First off I just want to say that this was my first visit back since the e coli outbreak. I went to this location and was disappointed from the very start. They had no carnitas and told me it would be at least 20 minutes until the next batch was done. Then they has no fajita veggies and I was told that that would also be another 15 minutes. So I ended up getting barbacoa which is okay and not as tasty as carnitas. Then I asked for a tortilla on the side but all the employees were so lost and discombobulated they totally forgot to put it in my bag. But wait, there’s more! I also ordered a chicken quesadilla because guess what… they were out of steak too! It’s like what do you guys have? Apparently just crap no one wants to eat… They almost forgot to give me the quesadilla because apparently it’s too much to work a production line and also check the quesadilla machine. I will eat at another place in the Plaza since they have other options. …worst trip ever to Chipotle.

Currently waiting for my order that I made online like an hour ago. I used the app and made an order to this location. It says to pick it up at 2:45… I get here around 3 and my order isn’t ready because the staff said they forgot to make it… um?! I thought the whole point of having the app to pay and go was to save time and for convenience. If i wanted to show up and order my food in line with everyone else then I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the app.

I love Chipotle, only thing is it can be a hit and miss depending on the staff. Sometimes the staff are so cheap with the meat that it makes it really annoying. However when the staff is generous with their scoops, and not shaking their meat spatula little by little so that they can leave 3 – 4 pieces back into their meat container is annoying. If you scooped it just put it in my bowl damn it! The place is always packed, so they sometimes get too fast with my order missing my requests, and making me feel uneasy. Service just needs to change a little bit, but other wise the food is good.

We stayed at an event in this area that lasted three days. Thus, I can rate this particular location based on three(3) separate visits to this Chipotle Restaurant(I usually don’t like to leave a negative review for a single visit, as I may have just got them on a «bad day»). My overall impression is that this location is poorly managed. On every visit, they ran out of something. Visit #1, they were out of Lemonade(my drink of choice is a Lemonade/Tea mix). Visit #2, they were out of Sprite(my wife likes Lemonade/Sprite mix). Visit #3, they ran out of brewed tea(albeit temporarily). On all visits, they didn’t have Carnitas. Wait times through the assembly-line were agonizingly long. On one instance, it literally took about 10 minutes from the time my meat was placed on the tortilla until I was rang up at the register. The result is cold food, of course. Another gripe is that they are stingy with the protein — it was as if the worker feared getting fired if she had given me one more tiny piece of chicken in my tacos. On the burritos, there is a bunch of rice, beans and other fillers, so it is not quite so noticeable there. Had this been my first experience with Chipotle, I probably wouldn’t come back. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations, so I am still a fan of the Chipotle brand.

I absolutely LOVE chipotle, I go here often and I’m always greeted by smiling employees with great attitudes– until last weekend. The newly hired employees are very rude and lack customer service skills which is why I loved coming to this location to begin with. After a long day at work I came to pick up some dinner and the new girls rolled eyes and glared when I asked for more of everything since they were skimping out on everything. I was so unhappy and annoyed when I left that I just had to write this review. Hopefully the next time I go I’ll see some familiar faces, or at least some friendly ones.

Some of the worst customer service i have gotten in a while. Isabel i believe her name was so rude. She had asked me if i wanted any chips or drink and i said no thats all and she proceeded to ask me again in a harsh tone is that all? So i said yes thats it and she told me the price and i gave her my card she practically threw my card back at me then she went on to throw the bag at me with my food in there. She didnt even say thank you or have a good day. Just threw my food at me and took the next guest. Even the next guest looked at me like did she really just do that. I work at disneyland so I know what its like to be busy but never have i ever given someone the disrespect that i was given today. Let it be known this my first Unilocal review thats how heated i am about my service. Horrible.
