Most horrible customer service I have EVER received. The manager was extremely unapologetic for events that took place under his management. I went to this Walgreens to print some pictures. One kiosk was broken, the other taken. I tried to get the other kiosk to work to no avail. So I walked around the store for a while and came back. The same lady was on the same kiosk looking at the exact same picture she was looking at when I got there 15 minutes prior. I found an employee to see if they could fix the kiosk. They were also unsuccessful. So I decided to stay and wait for the first lady to finish. About 15 minutes of me waiting in line, at least 30 minutes after first getting there, people were coming up behind me asking if I was in line. Keep in mind she is still staring at the same picture. So I asked the lady if she had much more to do, to which she responded, «yes, and I’m taking longer on purpose because your breathing down my neck.» Then she used a lot of fowl language, including the F word, called me the B word and to told me to go to hell. When the manager on duty asked what the problem was the lady told her, «you can’t rush me and I’m going to take longer on purpose.» She stop using the kiosk entirely, picked up her phone and started playing on it. After a while the kiosk was asking if this kiosk is still occupied bc she took so long to even touch the screen. I understand you can’t control the types of personalities that come in the store. But the thing I couldn’t understand is they asked me to leave bc she was upset and to come back when she was finished. Even after she said she was taking longer on on purpose and keep in mind there were people in line behind me at this point. I didn’t want to walk around and lose my spot in line. I have 2 small businesses. If I have a disgruntled customer causing a scene and using such language in my store I certainly don’t ask other customers to go away. I would ask the one disrespecting my business to leave. I called to complain and the head manager said it was my word against the manager on duty at the time and he didn’t think it could’ve been handled any better. I’ve never seen such poor customer service and I have never been treated this way.

Got 2 prescriptions from MD. Went into store to drop off and wait. Girl said would be 25 minutes & would get paged. 45 minutes & no page. I’m sitting across the desk. White guy asks me if I had been helped. Told him waiting on meds. He said had been ready for 30 minutes. Girl never paged!

It’s a brand new Walgreens, just moved down the street a couple of blocks from the old location. The staff appears to have moved with it. The old store was cramped and dated. The new store has that modern airy feeling(very high ceilings) with lots of windows to let in the natural light. Basically the new layout Walgreens use for the stand alone corner store. An old Blockbusters and Pizza Hut were torn down to make room for the store. Did improve the real estate. In the past, they usually had what I needed. The couple of visits I’ve made since they moved, I left with what I came for. The big reason for stopping at Walgreens is their photo service. I prefer to edit my photos at home, upload them to the Walgreens website and then print them at the local Walgreens. Most of the time I use the no rush option, but have taken advantage of the 1 hour service when its needed.
