Great staff, clean friendly and professional. Petra is a master stylist and color, Mirka is amazing with make up and skin. Gina has cut and colored my hair too with great results. The salon is well managed and runs on time

Went last week for a haircut and color with Gina — fantastic! Exactly what I wanted (stacked bob) and I can make it look good myself! I love it! Very reasonable price also.
Mercy is my regular nail tech — love her! I get the no-​chip or shellac and really appreciate that Mercy is always trying new brands and getting new colors. Color change no-​chip mani is a favorite. Pedicures last a long time and very relaxing.

Went a few days ago to get my hair done by Joslin and I must say… the best cut and color I have ever gotten! The salon is so nice and relaxing and all the employees were wonderful. I even got some tips on how to handle some deep wrinkles. I look forward to my next visit! Favorite salon I have even been to.

I went in asking for a grey ombré and lets be honest it looked like a disaster. I came out with a blonde, bronze ombré with hints of a silver color. After bleaching my dark hair the process seemed liked smooth sailing, but then the moment she started to dye my hair «Grey» went down hill into a bottomless pit. Gina, the women who did my hair, seemed to be rushing and not letting the hair dye sit in for a reasonable amount of time. It seemed like she had just put it in and then now she was washing it out. It looked horrible and nothing like the photo I had shown for a reference. After a couple days my hair was just a yellow blonde, I dyed the blonde parts myself and it looked better than what i had gotten done at this salon. An $ 100 dollars not well spent.

Mirka gave me my first bikini wax and made it a good experience. She informed me about all the steps she doing, and kept my mind off the pain. Because it was my first time, she used smaller strips and would press down on the area after she pulled the strip off, which really helped alot! She was so kind and sweet the whole time and I would definitely go back again. In addition, i was telling her about my laser hair removal that I did for my underarms and how after 6 treatments I still had alot of hair. She gave me a ton of advice on the type of laser I should ask about and offered to do a touch up for my underarms for only $ 30. Great experience!!!

I love, love, love Mirka. She makes you feel relaxed and takes great care of you. She put my mind at ease the moment I met her. She is also honest and is not there to take advantage of you. I really appreciate that the most. I have been going to her all of 2014 so far, and plan to continue. I can not say enough great things about her.

Another update – I have been going to this spa regularly for laser hair removal and botox treatments. I can’t say enough about Mirka and Dr. P. and the service I receive. they are very professional, and yet, I feel cared for as a person and have had some great conversations. This really is as good as it gets! I have relocated to Sarasota, but will try to reschedule with them when I’m in Chicago as time permits. I wish them continued success!

4U Hair & Spa is phenomenal! Their entire team is professional and friendly. Petra does her magic with my wild colors and haircuts. Mirka is a great esthetician and always helpful with her tips on skincare and make-​up. I’ve been a regular and happy client since 2011. Highly recommend!

I found out about 4U Hair via a Dealfind coupon and was very pleased with the both visits (I was able to buy two). I’m trying to grow out my hair and Gina totally GETS it! I just did my first «non-​coupon» deal and the pricing is great, Gina is wonderful and I’ll be back… every 8 weeks! Nice place and right near Johnnie’s Beef for lunch afterward ! :)

Mercy is the best nail technician in the Oak Park-​River Forest area. She pays so much attention to detail, and the pedicure looks good for weeks. I have tried many other salons in the area and was always disappointed until I found Mercy.

Petra and Mirka are miracle workers. Petra (the owner) is one of the best hair stylists/​colorists I have ever been to & I have been highlighting my hair since I was 17. Mirka’s facials and eye brow waxing are perfect every time. The salon is bright and friendly and they don’t oversell overcharge or rush you. My daughter is 6, I’m hanging on to my late 30s, my mother is 68 and my great grandmother is 96 and we are all regulars and fans of 4U. An excellent salon from start to finish.

Had a great experience here and would highly recommend 4U Hair and Spa. Gonna get personal here, but let’s face it, its something most of us women have to deal with: Unwanted Hair. I went here for laser hair removal services and was more than pleased. The staff was professional, the salon was very clean and best of all, the first treatment was successful. I went here on a Groupon, but would gladly go back in the future and pay full price. I really didn’t know anything about the salon, but luckily it all worked out and now I recommend this place to all of you!

Petra is just the best hair stylist I’ve ever experienced, hands-​down!
She keeps up with cutting edge trends and styles and always has ideas for me when I just can’t figure out what I want done with my hair. She tailors her opinions to fit my coloring, bone structure, face shape, etc. and I’ve never been disappointed. There are other times when I know exactly what I want and she respects that too.
I’ve been with Petra ever since I stumbled upon her talents, after I first moved to Oak Park and had tried multiple hair stylists. That was in 2003 and I’ve been with her ever since — including using her for my hair and makeup (done by Mirka; along with fabulous facials) for my wedding.

Having met Jayme a few years ago, I could tell right away she had no problem working with my very curly and hard to manage hair. She’s always a pro and very friendly as well. As a result, I continue to be a loyal client even if it means heading over to new salon where she’s now at. The salon is very cute and modern, with friendly staff as well. I highly recommend.
I also wanted to comment on the Brazilian hair treatment which I recently tried. Jayme thoroughly explained what it is, the process, and the advantages to it. Since I was looking to loosen my curls and make it easier to style, I gave it a try. I was not disappointed at all. Some of the pros are as follows — styling my hair is a lot easier which is what I wanted, my hair is a lot softer and not as dry, and fewer products are needed to style my hair. Most importantly, I absolutely love it!
