Dunkin’ Donuts

Of all the local Dunkin’s in the area, these guys are the most friendly. I am not an avid Dunkin lover, I probably visit once a month, at most, but these guys always remember me and my order. They are super friendly and I always enjoy stopping in. It can get congested during busy times, but their friendly service makes up for it. My order is always right, which is hard to say for other locations.

The older Indian man in there gave me extra munchkins and tried to rob me. I gave him a $ 10 bill & be tried to pretend I gave him $ 5. I explained to him that I did not have a $ 5 dollar bill. After I asked him to count the drawer he took my tea and munchkins back and have me my $ 10 back. I can’t believe that just happened. Please don’t go to this place. This guy is trying to pocket some extra money. Unbelievable.

Is Duncan is awful. They messed up the order of the guy in front of me this morning. Then when I showed them a coupon for a large hot coffee they said no coupons. I Think that’s ridiculous as it says that it’s this area to use the coupon. The guy behind the counter was adamant that he would take a coupon for a dollar and 99cent cup of coffee. I will never go back. He made such a big deal about the stupid coupon and very Poor customer service.

I don’t see why this for such low reviews. There was fast service and I had to get to my meeting quickly which was good. The only thing I didn’t like is it had an awkward layout like it wasn’t as spacious. My bagel was good and the two Indian guys that took my order were very friendly. The hot chocolate was good as well

All 3 dunkin stores have horrible coffee in Flemington. This is probably the worst of the three.

Not good.
Very disappointed by this place. It shares a lot with a gas station and the place can get pretty busy. They do a bad job of keeping the line moving and the place is not designed very well. When it’s busy, you have no idea where the end of the line is. There are people just standing around everywhere.
Takes forever to get your coffee. The coffee did taste fine but it was not an enjoyable experience. The parking lot is also incredibly busy and you may find it difficult to get a spot. Good luck.

This Dunkin Donuts is located at the Hess station. I ran in on a Tuesday morning after I stopped to get gas. The service was nice and my drink was made fast enough and correct. Beyond that, it’s a typical DD. I haven’t tried their donuts but I have purchased some bottled drinks out of their cooler and they were also fine.

Wish there was a zero star rating.
One star is too much for these idots.
They are horrible, ignorant people.
Called the listed number on site to complain to owner, no response.

I, too, like Dunkin Donuts, esp. at holiday time. But, this particular location at the Hess Gas Station really needs some critique.
I went in to puirchase but couldn’t hear the cashier because he was mumbling. It turned out I was 3 cents short. 3 cents. Seeing the unmarked cup of change prominently featured where one orders, I took 3 CENTS and handed it to the cashier, thinking it was one of those take a penny leave a penny jars. The jar was unmarked. The cashier said loud enough then that the jar was for tips only. What, he couldn’t have spared the 3 *&^^$ cents? I will never go back there again. If I could give this place a negative star, I would.
In the past I have found the bathroom needing attention, but in all fairness it was clean this time. I don’t know if that will be the case in the future because I will never go back there again, hungry for a donut or not. Lots of other places to stop just a few minutes down the road.
In the past I have found them to be not very friendly also.

It took me almost 5 minutes to find this place online and finally I can prepare a proper review of this dump. Firstly this place is the one near the Hess Station as you are going into NJ from PA on 202 North.
This place is absolutely disgraceful. I love DD and have no problem going and stopping for a coffee or for a donut or a treat or whatever. When I stopped yesterday on 8÷8÷10 this place was filthy. The trash had obviously not been emptied for days, there was literally an overflowing mound of trash on the floor and coming out of the trash can. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned also for weeks and smelled awful.
I wanted to get an iced tea and at every other DD a small iced tea was 99 cents. I stop here and order one with a splenda and its 242, i said are you crazy I’ll have a Snapple instead.
Do yourself a favor and drive up the road about 5 miles and you will find another DD and its cleaner and friendlier. Unless you’re going to pop and need to use the bathroom there are nicer cleaner and friendlier places in the area to go to.
